***New air conditioning system installed in September 2023!***This three bedroom two bathroom pool home is a welcome retreat for all! Come enjoy this home located in the quiet Rose Garden neighborhood right across the street from Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral. This home features an amazing backyard retreat including a saltwater pool, oversize lounge chairs in the sun, comfortable outdoor furniture under the lanai, and a shaded spot for outdoor dining.

All three bedrooms boast comfortable queen sized beds and enough closet space to unpack for your stay. The master suite includes double sinks, a large walk in shower, and a walk in closet. The second bathroom has a tub and shower. Beautiful tile and hardwood floors throughout. Towels are provided for guests for use in the house as well as the pool and beach. There are also chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a beach blanket for your trip to the beach. Washer, dryer, and laundry soap are available for your use.

The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, dishes, and utensils you'll need during your stay along with a gas grill on the patio. Dish soap and dishwasher soap are provided. Not interested in cooking during your stay? Walk less than 10 minutes to a variety of restaurants or grab a drink at the outdoor bar overlooking the marina. Parking is available if you would prefer to drive. The marina provides opportunities to rent boats, sea kayaks, paddle boards to cruise among the mangroves. You may even spot some manatee! Maybe you'd prefer to do some fishing or take a sunset dolphin cruise? Those services and others are also available. A water shuttle from the marina to Fort Myers Beach simplifies your trip to the beach.

Quiet Neighborhood Getaway
Just as advertised and more. We wanted a nice place away from the crowd & this home delivered for us. Very quiet location yet close to groceries and the toll bridge for beach trips. More than ample beach gear was provided as well as bicycles. Pool and lanai area were in great condition. Definitely will be considering this home again for our next trip to southwest Florida.

This is a lovely house in quiet neighborhood near a marina with shops and restaurants. The owner and assistant went out of their way to help us when our flight was canceled, and it was very appreciated.

Peacefully Perfect
We stayed at this property for 8 days! My parents, my sister and her children, and myself and husband. The house was 100% as described. There was welcoming details such as a wine bottle with a note and a tolite paper flower that made the stay special. The property manager was very communicative with us! We loved the pool and felt like the overall place was great! The neighborhood was quite and we were 30 to 45 minutes from several beaches. I really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Nice house but uncomfortable
The house was clean and nice in a great location but the air conditioning is unsatisfactory! The house would not cool down and it was very uncomfortable the property manager was very good and really tried to help she called in an air conditioner company to look at it he said the system is old and not powerful enough to cool the house.

My family and I were impressed with the house. Very clean,everything organized ,nice view, the manager very nice, and yes, definitely a peaceful neighborhood. The only thing that we didn’t like is that the house is very far from the beach. But the rest is extremely excellent. My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Just waiting on to received our deposit back 😊😊.

Wonderful stay!
Great property, walking distance to The Westin, where you can find a very pleasant walk around the resort (with shops, restaurants and nice lookout over the water and boat dock). The house is very clean, spacious, well organized, the owner and manager of property very easy to get a hold of. I cant say we spent much time in the area, but driving to Naples (an hour away) was a pretty easy drive and not hard to make. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful setting and welcoming home.

We are Floridians just looking for a couple of days away- this listing did not disappoint. Beautiful pool (with TONS of awesome pool toys and a beautiful sitting area for a tired mom!) and outdoor area, communication was fantastic with the host, and the house was super comfy and VERY kid friendly. I would absolutely recommend this amazing house and host!!!

The property was spacious, sparkling clean, and a short walk to the Westin Resort and assorted restaurants/shops. They had plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. We didn’t need anything additional for our days out at the beach! The communication from Sara was always timely and helpful. We’d love to be back; it’s a terrific value for such a lovely home.

Relaxing and lovely
We stayed at this property as we toured the gulf coast of Florida. Not wanting to get out and about on a Saturday, we relaxed at the house playing pool, swimming, and nature walking. The house was comfortable and well stocked. We had an easy drive to Sanibel on Sunday - and are thankful for the beach supplies provided by the home owners!

Nice house. Great location.
This is a fairly large open floor plan house that was very comfortable. The pool (heated) area is large and very functional. This is where we spent most of our time. An added bonus was watching the many varieties of birds that hang out in the canal. Recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral! Sara was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. Her house was well stocked with the essentials including bikes that we were able to use! We walked on the beautiful Westin property (across the street) almost daily. The house is located in a pretty and quiet little area. We enjoyed it immensely.

I originally booked this location for a group of 3 couples that get together every year for a Thanksgiving get away, always at a different destination. Well, this year, things were different. A week prior to our trip, 1 of the group came down with Covid, so that left 4 of us. Low & behold, 2 days prior to our departure, my wife's appendix burst. So, that eliminated us also. Since the house was pre-paid, and well beyond any refund period, the last remaining coupe went on their own. They sent pics, and it was exactly as described. They said the place was amazing. Very clean. everything they needed was there. Great location. Grocery store close by. Very easy check in process, etc.... Based on their description, we may just try again next year. Hopefully with a better outcome. They said they would rebook the house in the future without hesitation. During the entire process, Sara was awesome. We originally booked, then wanted to add another night. She made the additional night easy. Then when things went bad for 4 of us, she made sure that things were still going to be smooth for the remaining couple that was able to go. She was always very quick to respond to any messages or questions.

Fun Stay!
Had a great stay at this location! Everything was in working order and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Near some nice restaurants, and grocery stores. Easy drive to Sanibel/Captiva and really loved the pool area on those days where you didn't feel like going anywhere. Would stay again!
