This three bedroom two and ½ bathroom 1400 sq. ft townhouse is located less than a block to the beach, just a short walk out the front door.
The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living room, dining room, ½ bath and a kitchen that has granite counter tops, stainless appliances and is fully equipped to cook your meals. There are numerous restaurants close by. Burrito Works Taco Shop, Stir It Up , Beachcomber, The Tides and Mango Mango restaurants are all within 850 feet.

Enjoy a romantic or family movie night on the 48-inch Smart TV with Netflix in the living room. Both TV’s upstairs have Roku with several free streaming services. The condo also provides a Blu-Ray player and a selection of DVD’s along with some books and games.

When ready to wind down and relax ChatA master bedroom has a king bed with a large shower in the master en suite. The two guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds, all linens provided. There is a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo in the upstairs hallway. There is an air mattress provided as well.

The outside patio area offers a propane grill for that fresh catch caught on your fishing charter, eat dinner al fresco on the outside teak picnic table, and use the fire pit to enjoy the cooler nights or make a batch of Smore's.

Beach towels, cooler and a beach wagon are included for your day at St Augustine Beach. Wash the sand off with the provided outside shower. Private parking is available for several cars. EV Charger at the condo.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
