We loved it and can't wait to go back. John was great and very accessible if need be, but everything was just as described so we didn't need to reach out once. Location was great. 15-20min to the airport, 5 minutes to sea world, 10min to La Jolla. 25 steps to the water. It was way nicer being on the cove.

This condo is perfect! Perfect location steps from the bay and Fanuel Park. Easy to get to all the best San Diego attractions. Very comfortable even with no air conditioning using the ceiling and pedestal fans! I will stay here again!

Beach condo!
Condo was very well maintained and clean. Fully stocked kitchen made it nice for home cooked meals. Washer and dryer always a plus. Owner also had stuff for a beach day, multiple beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for kids. That in itself was very convenient. The other fact that its literally less than 10 steps from the sand. Great place for a beach escape. There is a public park right next to the property which was nice for younger kids. Multiple places to rent water sports equipment within walking distance. We literally didnt have to leave the property to have fun. The property was within the bay water area, which the water was calmer and warmer than the ocean side. Making for a quiet and comfortable area to play in the sand. I would recommend! Our only gripe was it is a condo complex, 1 solid building for multiple condos with shared walls. During the day you could hear people going up and down stairs, each unit is 2 stories, that or hitting walls. Other than that its actually a quiet area and quiet hours at the condo complex were respected. Peaceful and quiet nights. Also to mention, since there isnt an air conditioning unit it does get hot but the area in the bay is cool. Opening a window or fan made it very comfortable. Great view of the sea world fireworks show as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great Location
The location of this property is wonderful. You are literally steps away from the water. We saw seals in the bay as well as dolphins one morning. Unfortunately, during our stay, bacteria levels were too high in the water so we were unable to swim in the bay. That was pretty disappointing but out of anybody’s control. One of the connecting neighbors was quite rude. There was three times throughout our stay that she was yelling and swearing. Not real sure who she was yelling at although one time I know it was her other connecting neighbor as he had come outside to talk with her. The condo itself is exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place is amazing, the position even better. The house has everything you need (shampoo aside) started from the iron and ending with beach towels. It is very well cleaned. Please, be very careful about the check in and check out policies, cause the owner is very sensitive about it. For the rest, enjoy this little corner of paradise 😉

This is a great location steps from mission bay beach right along path for running, walking, biking. Also a playground right there. About .7 miles to ocean beach. Parking on site. Easy to get downtown to san diego sites, etc. area was quiet at night while we were there and felt safe. property was clean, shower had good water pressure. Kitchen stocked w dishes/pans etc. appliances were old but working as were washer/dryer. Beds could be more comfortable especially twin beds.also you should note no a.c. and the upstairs can get stuffy but they have ceiling and floor fans if needed to circulate air

Great location!
This was the perfect condo for our family with kids to enjoy Mission Bay/Beach over Spring Break. Clean, stocked with all the linens, towels, blankets and beach toys/chairs we needed. It’s a little older, but overall very clean and well maintained. Loved the location with the beach and park right out our door. Easy short drive to all stores, boardwalk, on Mission Blvd. and it was especially nice to have our own parking, and a gated entrance to help feel safe. Would stay here again!

Beachside for the Price of a Hotel Room
I came for a 4-day conference, but my best friend joined me at the condo to make it a ladies' weekend as well. The front door is quite literally steps from the beach and a shared use path that skirts the bay. For the conference price of a hotel room at the Catamaran Resort, I had a comfortable home base that allowed for meals on the front porch at sunset and enough space to feel settled for 5 days. It took less than 15 minutes to walk to the conference resort. Everything was neat and clean, and the second bedroom can be configured with 1 king or 2 twins. There's a park immediately adjacent, which could be noisy in the morning, but can be great for families with young children. Noise levels probably depend on the time of year and the luck of the draw with beach users and neighbors. For us, it was quiet after sunset. The parking space numbers do not follow a standard progression and if a car is in your designated space, you won't see the #, and you could end up in another spot with the risk of being towed. The location was ideal. No more than 15-30 minutes to reach any destination we wanted, including the airport. John was responsive to questions and considerate. If you're looking for modern, sleek, and showy, keep looking. But if you're looking for a comfy, neighborhood feel, this could be it.

The unit we stayed at was the second unit from the beach. We could sit out on the deck and look out at the water and watch people go by. It was very nice and relaxing. The only downside was that there were lights on all night long outside of the back bedroom. One light belonged to the unit next door that was extremely bright and the other lights to the property next door. The lights were so bright, they light up the room as if it was day time. I shut the blinds but it was still light in the room. Also, since the unit does not have air-conditioning, shutting the blinds prevented air flow. All in all it was enjoyable.

Overall nice condo. Location can be a bit noisy in the morning. Upstairs bathroom could use some freshening up with a new coat of paint as well as the second bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances.

Great condo in an absolutely perfect location. Right on Mission Bay, a few blocks walk to Pacific Beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, stores. Short drives to downtown, the Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla, and the airport. I absolutely hated to leave.

Old Friends
This was a great unit. Three old friends got together and enjoyed the beach and did some biking with a nice walking/biking trail just in front of the unit and along Mission Bay. San Diego has a lot of nice restaurants and bigger hiking areas within easy driving. The neighborhood was nice and there was off street parking. Management was very supportive. We cooked most meals and the only downside was a wonky oven, but the managers were quick to respond about it. Overall an excellent experience.
