Enjoy your stay in Costa del Sol in our quiet, cosy and sunny apartment where you will feel yourselves at home any season of the year!
If you dream of the beach, nice walks in the seafront walk, enjoying the best Malaga food, discover local shops and live the Spanish night parties, while you are staying in a cosy and quiet apartment, then your place is our home that will be your home during your holidays in Costa del Sol.
Our apartment is very sunny and bright, and very comfortable. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and ensuited bathroom and the other with two single beds. There is also a separate second complete bathroom. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. All the bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning (cold and heat). It has two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.
The bright living room has a space to rest comfortably while watching TV, and another space that is the dining room. The living room gives access to a nice terrace where you can enjoy the views and the quietness of the neighbourhood while you are taking your breakfast or reading a book. The apartment has an attic on the top floor but guests will not have access as it is used as a storage room.
And you'll enjoy the pleasant garden with two swimming pools (one of them for small children) through almost all year thanks to the nice weather of Torremolinos.
The apartment is located in a small and quiet residential condo, where you will have your own parking place. You will also enjoy of a very nice garden with two swimming pools (one of them for small children) equipped with showers and toilets. There are several supermarkets and restaurants 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The street and neighbourhood are very pleasant and quiet. Our apartment is located within 15 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes to Puerto Marina, the leisure harbour of Benalmadena, 20 minutes to the Carihuela, the famous beach and promenade of Torremolinos where you can enjoy the best fish in Costa del Sol and find many nice shops.
There are several supermarkets (LIDL, ALDI) only 5 minutes walk, and 15 minutes walking a Carrefour and Mercadona supermarket. It is an area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is 15 minutes walk away so, not being just in front of the beach, you will be able to enjoy of a quiet environment and a good rest during your stay.
The apartment is very well connected. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk (with direction to the center of Torremolinos, airport and Malaga), another stop at 10 minutes (direction to Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Marbella, Cádiz). In addition, the train station is a 15 minutes walk away, from which you can go both to Malaga (stop at the airport and at the train station of Malaga in the Vialia shopping center) and to Fuengirola.
You have a free parking space inside the residential condo, although it is normally easy to park on the street.
The apartment is registered with the official number VFT/MA/22556, according to the Andalusian Law for touristic renting Law.

I am married and have two boys. On weekends we like to go out to the countryside or simply enjoy watching together a movie quietly at home. I love living near the beach, which I can enjoy through all year thanks to the nice weather we have in Malaga and all Costa del Sol.

Why they chose this property
When we got married, even if we both work in Malaga city, we moved to a rented apartment in Torremolinos, a smaller and quieter city, and very well communicated (only 15 minutes by car to Malaga). We loved so much this area that we decided to buy this apartment. When my children grew older, we decided to move to Malaga, where they both study, and started to rent our Torremolinos apartment.
What makes this property unique
We immediately fell in love with the apartment mostly because of its luminosity, the quietness of the residential condo (divided in two small buildings of 3 floors and 12 apartments each of them) and the nice neighbourhood, near the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. We enjoy especially the nice community garden and swimming pools that remain open all year. When I am in the kitchen, I take pleasure to look to the views of the mountains and the sea.
