Love this place

This was the second time our family rented this property for a family get together. The house is large, has plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for multiple family members to stay space. The location is convenient and the house has a lot of the amenities needed. Will likely stay again.

Center City sanctuary

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of great character for this 1890s home. Location was very convenient for going to the city square. Lots of very neat places to visit on the square. Loved the humidor. The local people were great. We had a slight ant issue at the house but the property manager was very responsive. Overall we had a great time.

Great Time in the Boro

Our group of 11 adults and four small children were in town to celebrate my mother’s 90th bday. This very clean house was perfect with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There was plenty of space to hang out and spread out. We would to stay here again when we come back for another visit.

The house is so nice, clean and very well equipped. All the rooms and bathrooms were just perfect and we enjoyed dinner iiinthe dining room, coffeon the sitting room and breakfast on the deck. Just a lovely place

Lovely Home in a Lovely Neighborhood

We were so impressed with this lovely home. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the neighborhood was fun to walk around and explore. The porch swing was a favorite place for kids and grandparents to spend time together. The three(!) jetted tubs were a super-nice addition to an already very pleasant stay.

Work trip

We came up for a short conference, and had a great stay! The house was very clean, well decorated, cute backyard ,plenty of parking for multiple cars, and perfect for a group! The pictures don’t do it justice as it was better in person! The owner was also very responsive. We did have an incident where someone attempted to break into a vehicle but the owner was again responsive and empathetic. Of course this was a random thing that can happen in a downtown area where a car is parked on the street and I would still stay here but pull the vehicles in the drive. Overall a wonderful place!

Great house!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this house was perfect for our large group of families and we put all the teenage girls in the bedroom with multiple beds. It couldn’t have been more perfect for what we needed. We were so surprised at the large living room, dining room, and kitchen and loved hanging out in those spaces. I wish the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard too! The historic home is charming and has wonderful high ceilings and so much space. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

All you could ask for

Walking distance to campus and the square. Safe neighborhood. Five bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room, common area, and front and back porch. Nice and clean. Excellent communications with host. My group has stayed here a few times over the years, and we will be back!

Beautiful House

The pics do not do this property justice. The bedrooms are warm and comfortable. The rest of the house is absolutely beautiful and has a nice backyard area. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a unique experience.

The house was charming, as was the "park" (we sneaked a look at a wedding). The shower in the Violet room was hard to control; really hot! You also need a new can opener....lol. Overall, it was really a fun place to stay. In fact, next year we might like to rent both houses, since we are adding people to our team! Thank you for providing such a unique home to stay in!!

Love this property

This is the second year in a row our youth group has stayed at this property. The home is clean, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is stocked, & the hot water lasts. The large dining room and two living areas gave us plenty of space. We would have liked to have some drapes or blinds hung on the doors and windows in the living areas. We highly recommend!

Murfreesboro Stay

Had a grandson wedding 1/7/2023. Grandparents, aunts, uncle, and cousins, 9 total, stayed here. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms we all had enough individual space and community rooms were very adequate for family, including local family, gatherings. Had to blend into older but adequate accomodations.

Perfect for our group

Don’t often find bathrooms for every bedroom. Our group of 8 (family and friends) thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Wish we had more time to sit around and visit. Hope to use again!

Very nice home. Very charming.

Overall very nice place. We had several people staying together for a conference so we did not spend much time at the house. The house was clean. Ac worked pretty well. The house was easy to get to. It is an old house and it comes with some issues as old houses do. But overall it was a great stay.

Great property!

We were in town for a soccer camp and this home provided us with a terrific place to be a home away from home for us and our kids. Clean, close to stores/restaurants and really easy to get comfortable. Great stay!
