Beautiful property in an excellent neighborhood. Only two negatives, blow dryers need to be furnished in all bathrooms, I have stayed in numerous VRBO locations and have never needed to pack a blow dryer. The golf cart, fully charged, only lasted about 10 minutes. Otherwise the stay was great. Thank you!

Great family place!
The house was great for our big family vacation. There was some maintenance issues and some things that didn’t work (dishwasher & garage door openers) but other than that it was mostly enjoyable. Would stay in this community again, but probably not the same home.

Laguna key house
We like laguna key. We have stayed in the neighborhood for 20 years. House was dirty when we arrived. Bottom of kids feet were black after walking in kitchen for a short time. Hot tub never worked. It was slightly warm. It was extremely chlorinated and it faded three of our bathing suits. Lost 3 swim suits to chlorine overdose • Stained blankets and some furniture, worn furniture, • Few pillow cases Sleeper sofa not very good, mattress falls through frame Dishwasher not washing well. Several items not clean after 2 washes. We hand washed all dishes all week • Carpet smelled musty upstairs. It needs to be removed. It was spacious so it fit us well. Being called about having 5 cars in the drive instead of 4 was laughable but i understand they dont want a lot of people staying there that dont rent and using the beach. There were several cosmetic things that needed fixing. It just wasnt nice. We seemed to be the last people staying for the season and it looked lightly cleaned each time.

This house was beautiful and easily fit our party of 17 girls ages 24 through 30. There were not many essential items (trash bags, paper towels, etc) at the house which made the first day difficult. Also, the hot tub repair guy arrived unannounced which was odd. Otherwise, great stay!

Lovely Family Reunion in Reunion House
My 3 sons and their families who live in different states and had not all been together since 2019 for my husband’s memorial service. We had so much fun together in this beautiful, comfortable house . Loved the beach and all the nearby seafood restaurants. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Property was very nice. We were disappointed in water in the pool. They did flush it out but never got any better. My granddaughter got a rash from the pool. We loved the house and its surroundings. The only problems were the pool and dishwasher.

BEAUTIFUL!
Absolutely perfect! We celebrated a Birthday getaway and Loved it! This house is super pretty! I thought it was decorated beautiful. The ONLY complaint I would have is that a few of the mattresses need to be replaced, a few of our ladies had to move to different beds which was just fine. The location is private and quiet, easy beach access.

Beautiful location Nice Beach Spacious house But…
Luxury Coastal Vacations was adamant that 4pm check in was rigid. We requested early check in. We were told they’d let us know day of as soon as possible. We were 6 hours away so stayed back to not sit there in the downpour for the 4pm check in. 2:45 they told us we could get in. Ummm we were still an hour away. So that was useless. Heated pool non existent. Pool yes. Heat no. Hot tub 74deg when we arrived. Brrrr. They Furnished an instruction sheet how to get heat in the hot tub. Nope that didn’t work. LCV said there’s a motion detector too but little other info. Several different maintenance personnel came by. None knew how it worked. I finally figured out you had to go in front of the motion detector two hours before you want to use it. Then it would heat up. You had to keep walking in front of it or the heater would turn off. They tell you to advise them of anything found broken within 24 hours of check in. I took more pictures of BROKEN stuff to report than enjoyable pictures of the house. Lots of doors. Lots of broken locks/doors. Half the stovetop was inoperative. Maintenance dude fixed it. Doors still not right when we left. Towels were nice. Washing machine took two hours per load. Kitchen supplied fairly well. House main and upper floors were clean. Lower floor was a mess. Maintenance came to clean that too. The house has a Green energy control that if any door is left open more than two minutes the HVAC systems all shut down. We had three car loads of people and all the stuff so the doors were open a long time as the stream of weary travelers brought in their belongings and groceries. The main floor bedroom on the northeast had some weird clicking that persisted when you used the can lights. Took a while to figure that out. The elevator from the ground floor to the main level was finicky. Calling the elevator didn’t work consistently so you had to figure out which floor it was on then ride it to where you needed it. Numerous burned out lights inside and out. Labeling in kitchen was faded as in the basement level. Lights were difficult to find when we unloaded from 4:15 to 5:30. Finally found a twist timer knob controls the lights. In the daylight I found the very faded “garage light” tag. Found an oven rack hidden atop the fridge on the last day. Would have been nice to have to begin with. For such an expensive house and what we rented it for, the myriad of broken things just should not be so.

It wasn't perfect but it was plenty good
Fifteen of our family enjoyed the house, the location, the general area and each other for five days. It was well worth the effort to get there (from Ohio, Georgia, Arkansas, Tennessee). The only real downer was LuLu's Cafe in Foly but that has nothing to do with the house. There was one minor inconvenience with the house. The elevator does not reach the master bedroom. that was not made clear in the writeup on the house. But that was a minor thing compared with all of good things about the property. Please add the first paragraph into the guest book under our names. We left without entering the info.

Beautiful house..interior decor was not impressive for the amount of money spent on 3 days...$3800..
Nice on the outside.. not wonderful on the inside. Decor needs help.. this property could be absolutely amazing with better interior decor. I found a gold bow with a silver pipe cleaner as a decoration... curtains terrible..stains and half hanging backwards. Massive big huge roaches.

Extended Family Vacation
The Reunion Beach House was in a perfect location for our family, and provided the perfect amenities for our large group of 14. We were separated from the tourist activities but close enough for a quick road trip. It was a quick walk to the beach where only a few other families were present, and we ended most days in the pool and hot tub. All of the adults had their own bedrooms and the teenagers took over the top floor giving each person their own space. We cooked most meals and enjoyed them as we watched the sunset from the back deck.

Loved the house,pool,perfect for my family just dishwasher never worked whole time we where there,air conditioner didn't work on 2nd floor when we got there oven didn't work for 3 days, had to clean pool before we used it hot tub didn't work had to have man came out n fixed it couldn't do some cooking because of oven, all ready booked it for next year in June before we got there Saturday but would like a little bit of discount because of issues. Maintenance man was wonderful who came out and fixed everything .

Wonderful Vacation Home!
The Reunion House was perfect. Beautifully decorated with enough space for everyone in our party to get "away" from each other when needed. So close to the beach and with the gated entrance we didn't have to avoid traffic. And the private pool was a big hit. Thank you for our perfect family vacation!

Beautiful property in the nicest gated community on the strip here
House is new and very nicely appointed. Plenty of space with huge master grand suite and bathroom including kitchenette. Pool and hot tub were cleaned regularly. Management had service tech come out immediately to service dishwasher that there was a problem with. Service company is always in contact to make sure you are happy with your stay and to see if you need anything. 6 person golf cart was a god send to schlep stuff down to the beach and back. There is a nice large community pool for this gated development with a basketball court too. You cannot park on the street one of the neighbors complained for no reason which was totally ridiculous. Security for development care to the house for this which we thought was really unnecessary but everyone has something to complain about it seems like these days. You can’t control everybody but do not park in the street here. Great house and neighborhood everyone had a great time. Thank you for having us Gulf Shores

Perfect place for a family reunion!!
Our group of 20 had plenty of space to spread out. Master bedroom suite was huge and beautifully decorated. Four of the six bedrooms had a private full bathroom in suite. The other two bedrooms were on the top floor and had a nice full bathroom to share - perfect for all the kids. House had an elevator from ground level to main floor. Perfect for those who can’t do stairs and perfect for carrying groceries up to the kitchen. With the main floor having two queen suites, kitchen & living room & dining room, the layout was perfect for the elderly in our group who didn’t want to walk any stairs. The house also has a limo type golf cart making the short trip to the private beach access even easier. Pool was lovely and the hot tub was even better!! Plenty of beach toys already in the garage. This house is in a private/gated subdivision making our stay at the beach so much more relaxing and less crowded. There is also a small fishing pier within walking distance on the bay. This house literally had something for everyone in our group - young & not so young. Would love to come back to this house again!

It was my wife’s birthday weekend, and she loves being at the beach, so I was able to schedule this beautiful home for three nights, and surprised her with the place and with her brother and sister and both of their families. Both her brother and sister had their spouses, and each have three kids, plus my wife and I, so we had 12 total. The kids ages range from 10 months to 15. This was my first time staying here, so naturally I was worried the photos may not accurately illlustrate the property, and I was right, but not in the bad way I was concerned about, the photos couldn’t do this place justice for how nice, relaxing, big, and awesome this property turned out being. I originally planned to get out during the days and evenings for my wife’s birthday and to do things with kids, but no one wanted to leave the entire time we were there. We cooked, swam, walked across the street to the beach, and of course relaxed in the hot tub. The house couldn’t be much more perfect for kids and adults both, and we are already looking at dates to get back, and bring more of the family this time. I would highly recommend this property, and we all can not wait to get back for some more relaxation and fun.

Best Family Vacation spot!
Fabulous! We are a family of 10 adults and 7 children under 9 years old. The House was a perfect layout for our group. It had all the amenities to help us have the perfect trip from a golf cart to transport us easily to the beach to a pool and jacuzzi to keep us cool when we weren’t beaching it. It had a freezer to store a weeks worth of ice. It had a room full of beach stuff and pool toys. The house is beautiful. The location is great. We felt safe because of it being in a gated community. We have no complaints other than the fridge was small for a house that accommodates so many people. It would have been nice if the fridge in the garage was up and running. I would definitely return to this house for our next family vacation. Loved it!

The house is all and more of what is described. We celebrated my daughter's upcoming wedding and it was the perfect setting. The house is extremely clean. When we couldn't get the hot tub working they send maintenance over right away. Can't wait to go back!!!

Ideal for family reunion!
This property is great for a family reunion with a floor with lots of beds for the kids. The golf cart was great to drive over to the beach. Only negative was the hot tub was not working. Maintenance came to fix it but said it might go out again and it did. We got to use it only once. Too cold for us to use the pool, but it was beautiful. The porches are awesome and the views spectacular.

Gorgeous Home
We pulled up to the home and it was gorgeous. We loved that the house had elevator access to the main floor. The house has 4 private bed rooms with king beds. The 3rd floor has 1 big room with 4 beds and sofa bed. The sixth bedroom is built into the great room on 3rd floor. The 3rd floor has 1 bathroom. The other rooms have their own private bathrooms. The 3rd floor is great for children and teenagers. The master had a kitchenette with a refrigerator and keurig. The master bath has big Jacuzzi tub. We loved the balcony that is accessible from all rooms. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. Beach was walking distance and it was a private area. We caught several fish from the pier close to the house. Outlet mall was only 20 minutes away. Wal-Mart about 10 minutes. The neighbor hood was quite. My family really had a blessed time and shared lifelong memories.The only complaint we had no broome, mop, or ironing board which is minor and not a big problem . House had one small iron. I recommend that you bring a few large pots if your cooking for a large family. The other problems we encountered was fixed in a timely manner. When we arrived the code to the house didn't work but they sent someone out ASAP. We would definitely recommend this house. We will definitely return one day.
