This Lakeview Deluxe Condo sleeps 8 people and with 2,001 sq.ft, 3 bedroom & 2 full bathrooms that are professionally and tastefully decorated.


Bedrooms:

Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed with all new bedding and bathroom en suite.

The second master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 new full sized beds.


All bedrooms have new flat panel HDTVs. This Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds, offers a Covered Lanai facing the lake to enjoy a great view and watch the fireworks from Sea World.


Living, Dining:

The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a 50 inch flat panel HDTV.

Free wireless internet in all rooms.

There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table and chairs to seat 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar.


Kitchen:

Don't feel like going out? No problem. Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this fully and newly furnished modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family.


Other Condo amenities include:

washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and much more.


The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay at is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlandos greatest experiences.


Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center.

Awesome and Quiet Location
My family and I visited Orlando for two days and had an amazing experience at this vacation rental. My parents who are hard to please raved the entire time about the spacious and beautiful setup we had in this 3/2 condo. We truly enjoyed the quiet and serene space. Let’s Do It Again
We found the condo to be as it was described in the booking with lots of room in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Loved the dinning room with seating for ourselves and guests. Found the condo to be clean and well maintained as everything worked. Maybe could have used more kitchen linens as we ate several meals in and needed more towels for clean up. We will definitely be back as the scenery from our deck was beautiful, walking path, pool kept us well exercised

Universal condo stay
We stayed here for our trip to Universal and the location was perfect. Check in was easy and the property had nice amenities. The condo was clean and very spacious and they provided starter packs of all necessary toiletries and dish and clothes soap which was convenient. A few of the furnishings were broken, one of the queen bed frames and the dryer did not dry clothes well, these should probably be replaced. I would also recommend a few more bath towels for such a large space. Other than that it was wonderful!

Great location in comfortable condo
We love staying at Vista Cay! We find the accommodations always clean with plenty of supplies to make our stay comfortable and stress free. The condo has all the comforts of home in a premiere location. We enjoy the amenities and walking proximity to Publix, The Diner, NY Pizza and Quickly (incredible Poke bowls).

Great amenities
The place was great. My only complaint was it could have been cleaned up a little better lots of dust and the glasses were a little dirty and the pizza cutter had old pizza on it. The outside area was dirty and had a wasp nest on it. Overall a great place and close to the attractions.

Great Place for Work/Pleasure Visit
My husband, young children, and parents rented this wonderful property when we visited Orlando. We had to work a few days at the convention center, which is a quick 4 minute drive door-to-door. The rest of the time we enjoyed the awesome pool and hot tub just a 2-minute walk from the condo. The property was spacious and perfect for our group of 6. It's part of a large complex, but it didn't feel like it. The patio on the back of the condo has a lovely view of the lake and was a perfect place for morning coffee. Only downside was there wasn't much provided in the way of "basics" in the condo (no dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, laundry detergent, etc.) so we had to purchase those things. A couple of rolls of toilet paper and paper towels were there when we arrived, so that was good! Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again.

March 2018 stay - great experience
My family and I had an excellent experience staying here. We were five adults and two kids celebrating my 2 year old’s birthday at Disney. This condo was very clean and very comfortable. Everyone had their own space, Publix is close by so we were able to make breakfast before leaving, and Disney was a 15 minute drive away. The owner was very quick to respond, and was very accommodating with any requests we had. We will recommend to others and stay here again!

Great experience!
I have stayed in many units in Vista Cay and this is one of the finest! It was clean and tastefully decorated. I could not have been happier with this choice. The manager was extremely helpful and eager to meet my needs. I will definitely come back to this unit!!!
