Fully equipped three bedroom home located at picturesque Long Island Reserve. Spend your day on the river and return to relax in comfort while taking in the views from the front deck with a glass of wine or cup of coffee.
Conveniently located only 5 minutes drive from the town centre, or alternatively take the walking track located across the road, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day enjoying everything the Murraylands has to offer.
Just meters from Long Island Reserve which provides a boat ramp and grassed, shaded area with playground on the majestic Murray River. You couldn't find a better spot to launch a boat, jet ski, kayak or paddleboard.
The home is fully self contained with a well appointed kitchen, a good quality barbeque and basic pantry staples provided. The living area has a reverse cycle A/C unit and each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans for those warm summer nights.
