HOA SPECIFIC RULES:
- Trash cans must be kept inside the garage at all times
- Trash cans must be removed from the unit by 7:00 AM each Thursday when trash is taken to the corner by the Association for removal
- Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. No glass is permitted at the pool. Posted pool rules must be followed
- Dogs are NOT permitted at the property or in the community
- Smoking of marijuana is NOT permitted in the common areas or the pool
- No more than 10 persons allowed at or in the property at anytime
- No street parking is allowed
