Four bedrooms with full oceanfront views, 4 bedrooms with partial ocean views. 6.5 Bathrooms. 4 Private balconies off of each master bedroom and two other bedrooms and 2 first floor patios. Ocean views even from the balconies on the west side of the house. Washer/Dryer. Two car garage with 240v outlet for Tesla charging. Full kitchen. House is newly renovated for 2019. Perfect for large families or families that want to vacation together right on the beach. One mile away from Jenkinson's Boardwalk. One block away from three restaurants (American, pizza and Mexican).

Great Beach House
The house was perfect for three adult siblings, their children, and our mother! We grew up spending summer weeks on Long Beach Island, and felt right at home.

Beautiful Shore House
This was our third summer at Joanie's beautiful "beach house" (as my grandchildren call it) and we are already planning our return trip next summer. The house is right on the beach in a convenient location on the Point Pleasant/Bay Head border. Close to the boardwalk, so many dining options, from casual seafood to upscale sitdown, we had another terrific summer vacation down the Jersey shore!

Perfect spot for our family reunion
The variety of rooms and proximity to the beach gave everyone space to be independent and just as easily to gather together. We followed the parking instructions and juggled as needed for those who had to drive into Pt. Pleasant. A large frig and freezer made food prep for varied diets a lot easier that if we were operating with a standard size setup. So many sweet yet homey touches! Thank you for a lovely home and all the great memories.

Beautiful shore home on the beach
This was our second stay at Joanie's shore home. The house is beautiful, clean, on the ocean and has a private beach area at the top of the dune. The location in Point Pleasant, on the Bay Head border, is premier. We are already planning next year's vacation.

This home is a wonderful space for all ages. There was ample space for our large group and plenty of quiet spaces that made the home feel peaceful. Just fantastic!!

Beautiful beach house
We just got back from a fantastic week at Joanie's beautiful beach house. The location is perfect. The house is well-kept and has all amenities including a private beach area overlooking the ocean. We appreciated Joanie's responsiveness. We're already planning our return trip next summer!

Simply The Best!
This property is Amazing, it’s in a wonderful location and the Beach is your Garden literally. The space inside and outside the house is perfect for a family gathering. The hosts were very obliging . We were there for a week to celebrate my Sons wedding. What can I say just perfect. Everything you may need and more is in the house just waiting for you to unpack. We will return again. Wedding week!
My sons wedding 2.0 weekend was amazing. We rented this lovely property on the beach for our family visiting from the Netherlands! They were very comfortable and enjoyed the pleasant views of the beach and Jersey shore. Only wish the weather was warmer! Thank you Jeff and Joanie!

Weekend stay in December
Beautiful weekend on the beach with spectacular ocean views. Perfect for our mini-reunion of 4 couples and a couple of older children while we attended the Army Navy game at MetLife stadium (1 hour drive). Everything was as described in a lovely little neighborhood in Pt. Pleasant Beach. Thank you very much for the hospitality!!!

Friends' Getaway
We were 6 friends looking to get away for a few nights. It turned out to be a wonderful getaway. We found the house to be plenty spacious for gathering and hanging out together, and large enough for everyone to quietly get away to their rooms if we needed to work. Sleeping was quiet and comfortable, and the upper floors had fabulous ocean views. We were very happy with our stay!

Small wedding
Rented two houses right on the beach for wedding party and guests. This house made it great for not having the best weather. The pool table was used a lot. Had a few questions be for we came down they were answered an owner was accommodating to our asks. Had a great time beautiful rooms and amazing views.

Got ready here for our wedding and it was perfect
We rented out this property to use to get ready for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful home, perfect location and so much space. All of our vendors loves the home as well, and thought the space was perfect. Everything was clean, the owners were responsive and everything went 100% as planned. Thank you!!

Terrific Weekend Getaway
Spent a fantastic weekend at this home to celebrate my wife's birthday with friends. The property is sensational from location to cleanliness to tips from our host! Incredible access to beach, short walks to Bayhead and the Point Pleasant Boardwalk. We'll definitely book again.

The perfect beachfront house for large gatherings!!!!
Jeff and Joanie are really great hosts, answering all my questions before and after booking. Their beach home is absolutely beautiful…pictures don’t do this home justice. So much more beautiful in person. Each room was perfectly situated with an open first floor plan. The kitchen was the only room that was separate but it didn’t bother us as we had much of our food catered anyway. The house was perfectly set directly on the beach. We celebrated a large family reunion at their beautiful home….definitely our favorite family rental! The ages of our guests ranged from 3-83 and everyone had such a great time. My young children 3&5 enjoyed playing in the sand and chasing the waves. My elderly parents enjoyed watching the waves from the dunes, where lounge chairs were perfectly placed. The two master King suites were great for larger families and each of the other rooms were clean and well stocked with anything that was needed. My mother’s Queen room had an en-suite which was important because she had difficulty walking and she’s a cancer patient, so we were trying to be covid conscious and keeping her safe. Overall, this home was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. Book this home…you won’t regret it!
