This newly remodeled and completely refurnished 1905 farm house is close to all the areas attractions! This home features four bedrooms,one and a half baths, two living rooms,large laundry room, an amazing three season room, and large back yard to enjoy . This house is the perfect place for larger family to come together and enjoy all the many wonderful thing to do in the area, or just to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. The home does offer great parking for RVs or truck trailer parking behind the home.

Great place for large groups

The PERFECT Place to Stay!

The love of unique farmhouse, charm and amenities is what you seek, THIS place is it. Great communication with owner, ease of check in and beautiful décor. Screened in porch was lovely during the thunderstorm. Quick day trip to PIB come home to find luxurious bedding in all rooms! Exceeded all expectations and a wonderful local pie for Sunday. Wish I Could Buy It Myself

Such a beautiful home away from home. Plenty of room for many guests to lounge and relax. Was way better than staying at a hotel which our group has done for the last 20 years going to the local race track. We will be back!

Great location. Peaceful and welcoming!

Once booked communication with owner was exceptional! The house in itself is beautiful and location is perfect. We stayed the weekend for bike week and it was nice to come back to a peaceful setting , Matt went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable he even had coffee water and muffins waiting for us when we arrived ! We definitely will rent this place in the future and highly recommend it ! Thanks again sharing your beautiful home .

Delightful

Beautiful home- everything brand new inside and lots of privacy- wood floors, leather couches- artwork to live, Matt is great to work with so accessible, yet never in the scene. Clean and fully stocked! Great place to stay- we are for sure coming back! Lot of love put into this place and the town of Milan is so cute-Birthplace and childhood home of Thomas Edison with a great coffee shop and great women’s accessories/ jewelry/ home goods shop. Will return.

Best small town stay in Ohio!!

We needed a place to stay for a family wedding in the area. We didn’t want to have to deal with the hassle of a far off hotel as the venue and rest of family live in Milan. This house fit the bill perfectly! We were 5 minutes from everything! Downtown Milan is adorable. There was plenty for us to do in the 5 days we stayed between wedding events. Between strolling the small square, having a few dinners out, touring the Milan Museum and Edison’s Birthplace we had a blast! You are also very close to big town attractions, Cedar Point specifically. We were just looking for a quiet retreat and that’s exactly what we got! Matt was very communicative prior to our stay. Gave us a great run down of the house and the area. Access to the home was super easy. Check in and check out very easy. The property itself was perfect. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and homes over the years. This was probably the best of all the properties we’ve stayed. The home was spacious for our 8 guests. Plenty of group gathering places and private rooms. The house was immaculate - very clean and well appointed. The best pillows, beds and linens we’ve ever had! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The coffee and pie were such a nice host provided touch. Also, the home had great TV in main family room. The sun room and yard are just added special extras. The hosts have thought of everything to make your small town getaway perfect. From a well cared for home to small touches to make you feel welcome. If you are staying in the area - stay here!

Perfect house for our family

This property is high quality. From the sheets to the furniture, to the kitchen and special treats, it was awesome. We felt very special and welcome. Anything that we might have forgotten or run out of....it was there! The large room was perfect for our son and his large family. The medium room with the cute little bunkbeds were perfect for our younger son and his two tiny ones. Then grandma and grandpa had the perfect smaller room for them. They even have yard toys for all the adult and grandchildren. It was just the place to relax and then get back to Cedar Point.

Alto Inn was a fabulous home to stay in while in Ohio. The beds were VERY comfortable! The owners thought of everything a guest would need. They left a pie & cookies - a very nice added touch! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel confined to a small hotel room. Matthew and Sarah - you have a gem of a house and I look forward to visiting again soon!

A perfect combination of excellence and beauty

Our entire experience was one of the best experiences that we have had! The Miller's were so accommodating and professional. And to top things off, the home was even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures portrayed. We were very satisfied with everything especially because it seemed as though the Miller's thought of everything that would ensure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I would recommend staying her to anyone that would be visiting the area as my family and I would definitely love to revisit upon our return❤ The McKinneys

Home Sweet Farm

It was wonderful staying in the farmhouse. It was beautiful and very clean. We were centrally located which was also wonderful. The family loved that it was big enough for all of us to stay together, so we could enjoy making memories together. Matthew and Sarah were so accommodating and the extras were a nice touch. They have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The only thing I didn’t care for is not to be able to spend more time at the house. My husband is already planning our next stay at the farm. It was wonderful. Thank you to our great hosts.
