Lontano is superbly located away from the rush and bustle, yet carefully positioned to take advantage of excellent ocean and lake views.
This magnificent home offers very generous living space that is rarely found in holiday accommodation. Light, bright and open plan, it provides a superb family area, extra generous dining space and a large and comfortably furnished lounge area. As you would expect, the kitchen is fully equipped to make your holiday a breeze.
Sleeping a total of eight people, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms add to the package.
Outdoor living comes naturally at Lontano. With a large covered deck running the full length of the house, there is space for everybody. The outdoor table setting and BBQ are located to take advantage of the water views, whilst the other end has sun lounges for a quiet retreat.
Just a short walk down the hill takes you to Merimbula's popular Boardwalk where you can choose to walk to town around the lake edge, or turn right for a coffee at the Top Lake facility.
If you are looking for a location away from the touristy noise and bustle that offers space and views, then Lontano should be your next destination.
