This LARGE two story home features two living areas and two dining areas to fit your large extended family. The home is a six-bedroom / four-bathroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.

Upstairs there's 2 Master bedrooms that has a ensuite bathroom and another room with a King size bed. The next two rooms have 2 twin beds for each room, one with a Frozen theme for your girls and one with the Cars theme for your boys. Downstairs we have a bedroom with a Queen bed-- perfect for Grandma and Grandpa, which going up the stairs may be difficult.

The garage is equipped with an arcade, pool table, air hockey table, and foosball table.

Just outside of the sliding glass doors is access to your large pool deck with a covered sitting area and in ground pool and spa; a great place to enjoy the great Florida weather! From the aerial view, you can see how close the home is to the playground, and you also get a view of the amazing Windsor Hills Water Park!

You will enjoy free wi-fi, cable, and AC throughout the house. If you are bringing little ones, you will find that we have provided all the baby equipment (cribs, high chair, strollers) all that you will need to make your vacation a memorable one.

All towels, linens, and basic toiletries are free of use.

Windsor Hills Home

We enjoyed our week long rental of this home. It was clean upon arrival and met all of our needs. Chai was quick to respond to any questions we had and solved the parking issue we had promptly. You can only have three vehicles and we had four, but was promptly approved for 4 and sent to over flow parking, which was very close. All worked out fine. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nice sized. We had 8 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room. The pool was amazing and a hit with the kids. We came all the way from NC and I would do it again to stay here. Had an extremely awesome vacation.

Excellent spacious house in a resort neighborhood

Our group consisted of two 60-somethings, as well as their three 40-year-old kids and pre-school youngsters. The house worked out very well for us.The resort is quite good. The public pool was quite comfortable (temperature-wise), even in our mid-January visit. All the houses in the neighborhood also have their own pool.The various Disney parks are 10-15 minutes away. There is a Walmart close by, but it always looked extremely crowded, so we went to a nearby Publix for food & supplies.They take security seriously, and everyone coming in by car had to have their name on a list for the folks in the guard shack.While we were there, I sent a message to Chai, the landlord, (via the Vrbo app) about some minor things that were broken. My only reason was to document them, so he could see that we didn't break the things. I expected him to put those on his to-do list, and resolve them at some point after we were gone. However, he showed up the next day, resolved a couple of them right away, and after ordering some parts, he resolved a couple more of them before we left. So I would describe him as Very Responsive.

Home away from home.

I will start with the owner. They were very responsive and kind every time we spoke with them. (We had one small issue with the pool alarm but it was resolved quickly and with ease) There was no waiting on hold with a property manager or call center you speak with the owner directly which is WONDERFUL. The house and pool were great, I think the kids spent more time in the pool and the game room than they did with us! The neighborhood was beautiful and very secure, which we really loved since we’re from the country lol. I definitely recommend this property!!!!

Disney trip!

Chai's home was perfect for our 9 day stay with our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids. It was close to the Disney Parks and Walmart. The kids loved the heated pool.We would stay again!

Great stay with lots of room

Overall great experience. Would give a 4.5. The house was roomy. The kids enjoyed all of the amenities. Only issues we had was just some wear and tare in the kitchen and gaming tables. Also, on our free day to utilize the pool the cleaning people came without notice, everyone had to get into the hot tub while they added chlorine and then told us we could not use half the pool because of the chlorine levels. Great place to stay for Disney Vacation

We usually stay at a hotel for our annual Disney trip but this year we had the whole family so rented this house. Perfect home base to return to after our long, fun days at the theme parks. So much fun to be together and have room for everyone!

Okay house, dishonest host

The host knowingly let us book in September even though that beautiful community pool and general area you see in the listing was actually closed for construction (we were never notified). The host was completely unapologetic, never followed up with alternative options (blamed me for not following up with them), and was overall quite rude. The house itself did accommodating a large family but we will never return.

Amazing stay

Host is amazing!!! communicate fast and resolve any "issues" instantly. We were like 2 minutes from Walmart and 6 minutes from Disney Arch. Beds are super comfortable, even the pillows. Lots of things to do nearby, including Disney, Universal, Old town, and a lots of amazing restaurants nearby. Super clean, easy to find. The amenities in the resort are super!!!! Thank you Mr. Xiong for making our family vacation a super memorable one!!! We love our stay and for sure will be back.

Plenty of Spaces

My family and friends had a peaceful to rest up from all the resorts. This location is near the all the theme parks, close to Walmart for us to grab additional items, close to restaurants and most of all... plenty of space for all the kids to roam around, game area, big enough pool for them to splash away. Chai was communicative and able to provide what we need to feel comfortable. Thank you Chai and I highly recommend booking with his properties.

The house and location was beautiful, the check-in instructions were great, everything went really well! The only complaint I had is that on several occasions I reached out to the manager with questions, and never received any return messages.
