Quaint Studio Suite in Midtown, w outdoor patio/kitchen, fenced yard

This space is a converted private master suite of the main house w private entrance and private fenced in yard area. This studio is quaint with a queen size bed, dresser, large bathroom and small kitchenette indoors. There is a covered outdoor cooking area and patio in the back. Large bathroom with tub/shower. Apt. Fridge, microwave, single pot burner, toaster oven, coffee pot, Convection Broiler, George foreman grill and toaster oven are available for use outside in the patio area. The yard is fully walled in but pets may not be left there unattended.

Please note: There may be some muffled noise heard from the main house since there are two shared walls.

The home is located in a quiet established working class 1950's neighborhood with older homes near the Rillito River walk, River Park, and plenty of amenities within 1/2 mi. Property nearby Grant Rd, Alvernon Way, River and Swan Rd. Bus stop within min.

Friendly pets are welcome, cats must be pre-approved (no sprayers or scratchers please).
Smoke Free home. No Parties allowed.
Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. Washer and Dryer available in the utility room near the carport is shared with the front house and hours are 8 am to 8 pm.
CLeaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there.

Mid-town Tucson quaint studio

Room and private outdoor space exactly as described, very comfortable and well-appointed with thoughtful extras and amenities. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, great adjustable AC (a plus in Tucson!). Hosts were great in responding quicly with clear information about parking and checkin. I had a very positive experience - this was a super value and exactly what i was looking for.

Quaint Studio Midtown

Very nice room in a house with private backyard. Comfortable bed and available washer & dryer for use. The neighborhood was quiet and was a short drive to downtown or east Tucson. I found it perfect for a long stay while working in Tucson.

Little Gem of a Place

The cozy little cottage was lovely. The mountain view was incredible, I was not expecting it to be so beautiful. The cottage was very clean and had everything I needed and more. The back yard was huge and my pups enjoyed hanging out there in the mornings. Communication between the Hosts and I was very good.

Comfortable and affordable

The studio was adorable and very comfortable. Having a fenced in backyard was great for our dog. We really enjoyed our stay and the value for the money is great!

Quaint Studio

Most of the time we were gone all day so the small size wasn’t too limiting. The cold & rainy weather prevented us from using the outside area until the last few days which was disappointing. The free use of laundry appliances was much appreciated.

My wife and I had an excellent stay here. Perfect spot for a couple or single person traveling. The studio was clean and quiet. There was a slight issue getting the key code (VRBO's fault, not the host), but Robin responded to us promptly and got the issue resolved. The outdoor yard and kitchen were awesome. Can't recommend this host and property enough! We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in Tucson. Don't listen to the reviews saying it's a scary neighborhood. These people have obviously never spent time in a truly bad area. Yes the neighborhood is a little bit older, but it was quiet and we never once felt in danger. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Good o. Everything but paw 🐾printz on the white sheets maybe a stain but kinda 🤔threw me off

I really like this place and everything was pretty clean. The only thing that was kind of worried about was those paw prints on the bed sheets set everything else with wonderful.

Small place, but great for two people.

This is basically the master suite that has been separated from the rest of the home. Big enough room with some places to sit and a small kitchen nook that must have been the closet. Large bathroom and great fenced in backyard where our dogs could roam and hang out. About fifteen minutes from the university. Very comfortable and the owners were communicative and friendly. We bought a small air mattress so our daughter could spend one night with the dogs. Definitely recommend!

Weekend work trip

Place was nice and tidy, had no problems finding it due to good directions. Deadbolt was different as warned, hope they get that fixed soon. Would recommend for simple 1-2 person crash pad.

Quiet and Peaceful - GREAT Outdoor Space

This is my second stay at a property owned by these Hosts. They are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend staying at one of their properties. This unit is in a neighborhood setting, but you have the back of the house with a spacious PRIVATE outdoor area with a large grill and every item you would need to cook outside in a covered area. Perfect spot for 1-2 people. The front of the house is another unit with 2 bedrooms and I scoped it out for a U of A Graduation Party. I had a misunderstanding about where to park as I (ME,not the hosts) did not follow the directions provided. The Host was quick to respond and even offered me another option. It is about a 10 minute drive to U of A.

The yard is private and large and there was plenty of room for our two dogs. The towels were so soft and the aesthetic of the place was cute. Overall it was a nice room to stay at for 2 nights. Just remember to log out of your Netflix before you leave!

Former hotel manager finds a gem

Ok, so, yes, I have managed high end hotels in the past. But this wasn't about that. This was to zoom in and support an old friend with major health issues nearby. This is a cute, dessert chic studio pretty much just as advertised. Super comfy bed, mediocre but adequate TV, effing awesome showerhead, probably illegal in green states, and don't be in the tub when it fires up.... It will be forcefully cold. Never had to contact the rentee, but I'd leave this. No, there were not any bags in the trash cans, the info left in the room took me to places never been before in multiple visits to Tucson, which was a plus, the towel inventory was off, and there was a set of someone's retainers in one of the drawers. Not something one expects. By in large, and especially for the price, this is a phenomenal buy. Really nice stay. I looked at the outdoor kitchen... I could have catered a party for 30 there. Nicely laid out. The folks complaining about the neighborhood, phlllt. Nicely done inexpensive rental.

Just like home

There isn’t much really to say. It felt like being at home. All that I needed was in place. The place is super clean, quiet, there’s a secure camera, which brought much comforts to me. Robin was right by her phone, helped me out tremendously, everytime I had a question, she was there ready with an answer. I’d recommend this place to anyone, and it’s affordable.

Clean rustic style furnishings, TV in studio and main living areas are both wifi network smart tv's with local antennae for news and general programming. Main kitchen area has stove, microwave, toaster, and large frig. Studio has small microwave, toaster and small frig. Both have coffee makers

What makes this property unique

If renting the studio, then parking will be on the east side of the property with a separate walking path to the back. Outdoor kitchen is as is and available to anyone staying there. Even though there is a bus line nearby cars are a plus in Tucson.
