Rogue River Condo - Alluring Views, Fisherman's Paradise

Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast, overlooking the beautiful harbor. Views can be enjoyed from the large balcony with seating for six . We believe it’s the ultimate location to really kick back and relax. Be it at the sight of the fisherman who start their days on the river or sea otters playfully swimming by.

The view is beyond breathtaking. It is our favorite part of the condo. You can spend hours watching the Rogue River, the Pacific Ocean, and the mountainside sprinkled with beautiful trees!

This beautifully newly renovated condo has two bedrooms and 2 full baths., easy and relaxed getaway. It suits a small family or a groups of friends and family seeking relaxing stay or fisherman needing to be right next to where the action is.

The condo has a real homely comfortable feel to it. We just renovated it
and took great care on the comfort part. All in all, a superb living area. Our home allows an amazing amount of natural light filtering in through the wall of windows.

In our Master bedroom we have a King bed, suitable for some well deserved rest after an eventful day of fishing or hiking and a new walk-in shower.
In our second bedroom we have two double beds, conveniently provided for a couple buddies or a family with children needing some more space.
The second bathroom has a full bath and shower combo. We supply shampoo, ,rinse and body wash in case you forget yours. We also offer fluffy towels and a hair-dryer.

When you enter our kitchen, you will notice that we have a brand new refrigerator, range and microwave. There is a drip coffee maker on the counter and Keurig coffee maker with coffee in the closet, hot coco and tea. To start your mornings. We have all the pans and baking sheets for cooking and baking to your heart’s desire. You’ll have plenty of room to filet your daily catches!

A brand new washer and a dryer is located inside the main hall to wash all the dirt from you busy day of hiking or fishing

We are located on the second floor and there is a condo upstairs and may hear them upstairs.
With an outdoor patio set that seats 6 overlooking the Rogue river and the Pacific ocean. You will experience gorgeous views of the Rogue out of the many windows lining the back of the condo.

Take Me to the River

This place is wonderfully place on the Rogue River next to Gold Beach. From your deck you can see the river meet the ocean. The kitchen and bathroons are generously stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The owner was very attentive and ready to help. My High School Girlfriends and I couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy our 60th reunion. Thank you all.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful and perfectly located for fishing in Gold Beach. We stayed in the off season which was nice and quiet but hope to come back in the summer time. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the view and balcony right outside the main bedroom. Also there were cookies and snacks which were a great surprise! Our trip was quick unfortunately but we could have easily stayed for a week or longer.

This is Home!!!

Wow! At first glance, when we arrived, we were impressed that the pictures actually did a great job at describing the place. But as our stay prolonged, our expectations were greatly exceeded by the amenities that this condo had to offer. Firstly, this vacation rental had the simple things that most homes have, like condiments, snacks, even seasonings (WE LOVE TO COOK)! Secondly, it had quite an array of board games and family games that kept our 3 boys (9/13/21) occupied for hours. We enjoyed the AMAZING views from our bedroom and the living room of the water and the bridge that made us want to just lay in bed and enjoy the blessing that this place had to offer. The host was more than accommodating, and communicative in making sure that all our questions were answered and needs met. We will recommend this to all who visit the Gold Beach area, and next time we are there, this will be our place of rest.

Wonderful experience overall👍…Great location, as we meet our fishing guide at the docks right in front of the property. Nice views to remind us of our time on the water. All of the furnishings are fresh and new, a well stocked kitchen-new BBQ, all very well appointed making our stay most enjoyable!!

Fishing Get Away

The condo was amazing. Everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and it had the cleanest bbq we have ever seen in a rental! So much fun watching the fishing action out the window. Will definitely try to make it back!!

This condo has a beautiful view of the Rogue River and shore. It is trendy and has very comfortable chairs, beds and pillows. Lovely little private balcony and quiet neighborhood across the river from town.

Gold beach condo

The condo was very nice and well equipped. Wonderful view off the back porch of the river. Beach is just down the street. Reservations were easy and the owner communicated quickly. Would definitely come back to this condo.

Wonderful condo!

We loved this condo! The location was great! We enjoyed watching the boats go by and we saw so many seals! The place was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the snacks, tea, hot chocolate, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Fishing on the Rogue

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The condo is filled with thoughtful amenities, newly upgraded design, the most cozy beds and a large expansive deck overlooking the Rogue River. The condo is within minutes to activities, dining and shopping. The local fishing guides leave from the docks within short walking distance. The owner was exceptionally helpful and responsive. We were a group of 4 adults and we look forward to returning!

Great getaway at Gold Beach

Enjoyed this nicely updated condo at Gold Beach with beautiful views of the harbor. We could have spent all day just sitting on the deck & watching the harbor activity. We had a couple issues & the host was incredibly responsive. If you are a light sleeper the upstairs noise maybe an issue. Otherwise a great location.

River condo was amazing

The condo was beautiful! The property owner was amazing! Even went out of her way to have someone drop off rain jackets Incase we needed them when we went down the rogue river! Got to sit on the deck and watch the seals right in the water and on the bank right in front of us! We had the best time here!

the place is exceptional nice inside and the porches are really nice looks like its been a recent remodel very well done the only reason i give it a 4 star is the front outside needs painting and refurbished but i see the jots resort looks the same really nice convenient place i would love to return.mike klein

Beautiful and peaceful setting

This property was just right for what I needed to getaway. I was able to spend part of the day enjoying sightseeing both north and south of Gold Beach and then be back in time to sit out on the deck and relax. The startling beautiful scenery of of coast makes you catch your breath every day.

Gold Beach Treasure!

What a great property. The beds, bed linens, towels, sofa bed were all very comfortable. We especially loved the extra kitchen amenities-this showed us that the owners cares about the guests feeling at home. Even laundry soap and dryer sheets! The view was awesome, and we enjoyed the outside seating very much. Very quiet property as well and close to everything! We will be back! Thank you very much!

My Husband and Brother are avid fisherman. And know there is enough for 6 of their friends to come up and fish.

We purchased this condo with family. We have been waiting for a two bed and 2 bath for years. We own another one that we rent out on HomeAway and couldn't wait to purchase this one

We absolutely love our home in Gold Beach. The view is the most spectacular selling point of our home. We sit out there for hours at a time.
