You can enjoy the family area downstairs and utilise the wide screen TV and kitchenette or perhaps the separate studio for a game or two of table tennis. Alternatively choose to wind down in the comfort of the luxurious living area upstairs. Make the most of the romantic master bedroom with ensuite and four poster bed and treat yourself to breakfast on the front balcony with views to the Murray River and beyond.
There is a lot to explore including a visit to local wineries, the Sunday market at the wharf, or a boat trip to the Coorong. Perhaps play a round of golf, surf at the beach or just relax and watch for the whales during May to October from the deck.
The advertised quote does not include linen costs. You may bring your own towels and bed linen. (Quilts and Quilt covers, hand towels and tea towels are provided)
Alternatively, if you would like towels and linen provided with beds made up on your arrival, we offer a linen service. This is an additional cost of $40 per Queen Size Bed and $30 per Single Bed. Please advise in the comments section if you would like linen provided, how many single / queen beds. We will then adjust your quote to include the additional linen service.

Open plan living/dining area with ocean views from every window opening onto a full width deck and an 8 person outdoor setting.
Dining indoors, to seat 8 guests plus bar stools at the adjacent breakfast bar. Luxurious lounges with 65" wide screen Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player and Wifi Internet
Master bedroom features a Queen-size four poster bed, generous ensuite and balcony with chairs and river views.
Separate half bathroom. Reverse cycle air conditioning for summer (Upstairs and Downstairs) and gas log fire (Upstairs) for cosy winters.
Ground floor.
There is a large family room with a wide screen TV and DVD player together with a fully equipped, handy kitchenette.
3 bedrooms - 2 rooms with Queen beds, and 1 room with 2 Single beds plus 2 trundle beds (suitable for children).
Full sized bathroom. Overhead fans in all bedrooms.
Flow out doors to a fully enclosed, paved entertaining area, with BBQ, and lawns for complete relaxation. Separate games room with table tennis table, board games and books.
Fully fenced rear yard.

Activities and sightseeing.
Goolwa is a historic township which has retained much of its heritage and charm. Visit the main street with craft shops, cafes, and fine art galleries. Use as your base to access the Coorong National Park, Hindmarsh Island and the River Murray Lower Lakes. The Sunday market at the wharf is well worth the visit for local produce and art and craft stalls. There are many local activities at hand for all ages including Surfing, wine tasting, whale watching (during May to October) and the historic Cockle train is a favourite for young and old.
Beach walks - for all to enjoy any time of the day.
Golf Enthusiasts - there are several golf courses in close proximity including The South Lakes golf course at Goolwa, a 3 minute drive from Ocean View. McCracken golf club at Victor Harbor is a perfect challenge for the golfer, with an excellent restaurant. Also, the Victor Harbor Course and the Fleurieu Club at Mt Compass are all an easy drive away.
Surfing - at Goolwa Beach, Middleton, Pt Elliott and the famous Boomer Beach between Pt Elliot and Victor Harbor.
Cycling - follow the Encounter Bike Way along the coast from Goolwa to Victor Harbor via Middleton, Pt. Elliot and Haybourgh.
Take a cruise on the historic Paddle Steamer ''PS Oscar W" on the river for lunch or sunset cruises.
Tours are available to the Coorong National Park to explore the wild environment, huge sand dunes, waterways, exotic flora and fauna. Tours can be booked at the Goolwa Wharf.
Hindmarsh Island is situated across the bridge with a short drive to the Mouth of the River Murray. Enjoy a meal or drink at the Marina Tavern overlooking the water. A visit to Narnu Farm is an ideal location for fun for the children with a horse ride.
At Pt Elliot, (just 15 minute drive away) make the most of the beautiful, family friendly, safe swimming beach at Horseshoe Bay. Enjoy a cliff top walk with stunning views or sauntering along the street taking in a number of antique, craft and book shops. Fish’n’chips from the famous Flying Fish Cafe is a must!
Victor Harbor is certainly worth a visit. The horse drawn tram crosses the causeway to Granite Island where you can go on cliff walks with some amazing coastal scenery and birdlife.
The Whale Watch Information & Interpretive centre, is always worth the visit with whale watching tours available during the season. (May to October)
Urimbirra Wildlife Park - view the koalas, wombats, kangaroos and many other animals.
