One bedroom apartment located in green village in Cammeray . The apartment is opposite a golf course.
It has a kitchenette , laundry. full sized fridge , lounge and dining area . Plus a small outdoor patio
I set you up with essentials for the first night .
I live in the building and if you need anything I am not far away. Checkin is negotiable with self check in. I prefer to meet the guests on the first day . If a long stay I like to check on a weekly basis to ensure that the property is well cared for. The apartment is cleaned every Monday .
There definitely no smoking in the apartment or the courtyard or anywhere in the building or garden.
