Great view

Top location, easy access to all transport and facilities. Apartment is up 3 flights of stairs, so keep that in mind if you pack heavy.

Room review

Pools at apartment complex were awesome. View, apartment layout and location was spot on. Aircon condenser on balcony made it impossible to sit out there whilst on. Easy solve turn off, just bit inconvenient if one of us wanted to sit insider while other out. No biggy though. Bed seemed to only be a double, didn't look to be a queen. Bit uncomfortable, a budget bed. All in all 4 out 5..

Convenient and comfortable Magnetic Island accomodation

I stayed in a generously sized studio apartment on the top floor of a building overlooking the marina and close to ferry and shops. The studio was well furnished and the kitchen had a sensible range of equipment. The A/C condenser was mounted on the balcony and with daytime temperatures in the low 30's, the balcony could sometimes be too hot to use. However, the roll down sunscreen was of great use in preventing afternoon sun entering the apartment. Noise levels were pleasantly low and the swimming pools and landscaping are great. As Nelly Bay is a transport hub for the island it is an ideal place to commence island explorations from.
