Our go to beach retreat

This was our second visit to this condo, and myself and my family absolutely love everything about it. The location is perfect for everything in Sandestin and Destin. We will be back for a 3rd visit hopefully this summer! Can’t recommend enough, especially for families who enjoy a kid friendly but fairly quiet area of the beach with private access. Little things that meant a lot, complimentary snacks in the kitchen, the abundance of board games for the kiddos when we were too burnt to go outside, the charging station(because who doesn’t need one of those?), and just everything else!

Gulfside Condo

Unit has amazing potential, but the first impression was marred by a terrible smell when we enterred. I told the property manager about it, but she said it was because of a water leak in another unit. The kitchen was well appointed, with almost everything we could need. The view, proximity to the pool, and beach access was great.

Week stay

We enjoyed being on the first floor and walking right out to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our kids colored pictures and put them in the binder. They really liked it there!

Awesome Rental

By far one of the best condos I have stayed in. Quiet, private beach was awesome to enjoy from the chairs. Kids had sand toys that I didn’t have to bring. Also, games in the room for the kids were helpful. Complimentary snacks were an added bonus. The unit was clean and comfortable and felt like home while we were there. Definitely would consider staying again, especially great for people with kids. Thanks for opening up your home to us!

Huntington by the Sea 101

Want to stay here every year! Walk in to snacks, charging station, games for kids, books, beach toys and chairs! Don’t need to bring anything ❤️Very clean and instructions and numbers to call if needed!

Great for a small family stay

Our stay at this condo in Miramar beach was fabulous for a little family of 4. My two boys LOVED having their own room and full size beds. We loved how clean the condo was a long with the perfect location..... Convenient to EVERYTHING, shopping, grocery, the beach, just everything. We will definitely be going back!

The very best of locations!!!

This is our second time staying at Huntington By the Sea 101. It's a fabulous condo on the first floor with direct access to both the pool as well as the beach. The included beach chairs with an umbrella is great bonus! Both of our visits the condo was very clean and well organized. You will LOVE Huntington By the Sea 101!!!!

Unit 101- Ideal Vacation Condo/Location

In this one, you ARE on the beach. You can lounge on the patio while watching the kiddos in the heated pool (OR go in, close the door, and zero pool noise), or walk a few more steps to private beach access. ONE row of beachfront chairs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.The unit offers two chairs, a table, and an umbrella with the rental (bonus: owners have a couple of chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys on the patio for gentle use) FYI! A condo down the beach has 4 ROWS of chairs-- you might never see the Gulf). Clean with welcoming decor. Large TVs. Strong Wifi. We loved the charging station with every cord imaginable. Furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of household items to eat in. Gated free parking. Handy carts for rolling luggage/groceries from the car to the door. Convenient drive to Silver Sands Mall, Destin Commons, Alvins, Walmart, Winn Dixie (hint: let them steam a pound or two of shrimp for a delicious cheap meal: get their card and save even more), and more.

Great condo, great management, great location!

We love working with Lea! She truly cares about her guests experience. This is our 2nd time staying in this condo, and it is a great vacation spot worth repeating! It is great to have a private beach area that includes and umbrella and 2 chairs with your condo. We loved our stay here, again! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy a much needed vacation!

The best location

My family and I stayed at this location room 101, bottom floor right by the pool and steps from the beach absolutely amazing!!! Great location just off hwy 98!! Not far from Destin! The beach was private and 2 chairs and umbrella included! Just overall the absolute best time! We arrived around 2pm and they let us check in early!!!

Amazing

This was a perfect place for a get away. It is in a gated area and is a small complex which was great. The beach service was an added benefit. Miramar beach is beautiful. The condo was just as pictured. It had everything we needed. I would definitely book again.

Wonderful Condo!

We loved staying in this unit. It was on the lower level with easy access to the pool and beach. The unit was nicely updated and had everything we needed. The condos location is perfect and the private beach keeps you from being on top of everyone. We cannot wait to return!

Hunting by the Sea complex is always our first choice in Destin.

Wonderful location immediately on the beach. Amenities are perfect for a relaxing vacation. Location is excellent! We look forward to our return trip.

Excellent experience!

We had an incredible time on our stay at Miramar Beach. The condo was extremely clean, the facilities in the condo and complex were well maintained and the beach staff was very helpful! It’s a very busy area in and around Destin but we never felt it while at the beach. We were also thankful for the security gate and keyless entry. I cannot say enough great things about Evolve Vacation Rentals. From the first time we contacted until the very end of our stay I felt that I had someone I could talk with to provide any assistance. Having a direct phone number to the property manager while on location was awesome and Lea was so professional and helpful. This was our first time using a booking company such as Evolve and the bar has been set high for sure! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Great Unit!

My family rented 3 different units through 3 different rental agencies and unit 101 was by far the best. The unit is nicely updated and the kitchen is the best equipped of any condo I have ever stayed in. We loved being right by the pool and the storage bin full of beach toys was a plus. Communication with the management agency was top-notch. We really like that Huntington by the Sea is a small complex and will definitely be back again - hopefully in unit 101 again.

Total Nightmare

Several of us Families were staying at this condo for a baseball tournament. We had all stayed at this same place summer before last and enjoyed it, but I completely DO NOT recommend staying here!!! I will not book with them again! We were there 7 days and the entire 7 days, there was construction around the pool. Sanding and sawing, which started at 7:00 am every morning. Not to mention my condo was on the bottom floor in front of the pool , so not only were we awake every morning because of construction, but all of the power cords and workers were on our patio every day!!! We were never offered a discount or anything. To top it all off, our friends that stayed on the 5th floor did not have A/C the entire 7 days. The only thing offered for the inconvenience was a 1 night comp. The entire stay was a NIGHTMARE. I could go on but it is literally to much to complain about. I HIGHLY recommend booking another condo. Do Not Stay Here!!!!

Loved our stay!

The rental was just as described and the pictures accurately reflected the property. The communication between the property owner/ property manager was very easy and they made you aware of any instructions that you needed during your stay. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. The King bed in the master was VERY comfortable and the other rooms queen/full beds would be fine for kids or young adults. Being right next to to pool was convenient as well as being steps from the beach right out the patio door. All-in-all we had a fantastic trip and would be happy to come back and rent the same unit in the future!!

Great Thanksgiving experience

We stayed in this condo during Thanksgiving and it was awesome!! Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Games and beach toys were a plus! Clean and organized. Perfect location. Steps from the pool and the beach. Loved it and will be back soon!
