Great Condo!

This condo worked great for our family of 7 during a spring break ski vacation. The gondola is a 2 minute bus ride away, the 4 O'Clock Trail leads right to the condo building, and the beautiful downtown is a block away.

This property is very conveniently located to bus, Main St, gondola, etc. the location can’t be beat. The condo is exactly as described, beds are very comfortable and overall the condo is comfortable and cozy. Would stay here again.

Sawmill 214

This was a nice stay overall in walking distance to the Breckenridge gondola and ability to ski back to the complex. The unit itself was spacious with generally nice furniture for a rental space — primary bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable for us, but we are pretty picky about beds.Kitchen was stocked with equipment needed for cooking and dining, but no foundational food items were stocked (spices, oil, etc), so you’ll need to bring/buy your own.We would come back but only if we knew we were in a top floor unit (which is hard to tell when booking). Biggest issue for us was the noise from upstairs. We could hear every step they took from early afternoon into the very late evening hours, making it difficult to sleep, even with a sound machine.

Ideal location in downtown Breckenridge

4 of us stayed in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. The location is fantastic for walking to downtown Breckenridge and easy to get to from the main road. We had a little problem with getting into the unit with the code we were given but the management company was extremely responsive. The beds were very comfortable and the place was well equipped for our stay.

Perfect Location in Town with 4 O’Clock Access

This is a perfect location for a ski trip. Right in town with access to food / shops, along the Breck bus route that takes you to Peak 7 / 8, and has ski-in access through the 4 O’Clock run. Pleasant to work with the mgmt. team and place was 100% as advertised. We hope to stay again soon!

We had a perfect stay, with this great property. Exactly as described, and the location is incredibly convention to both the mountain (2 block walk to gondola) and 2 block walk to Main Street/downtown for shopping & restaurants. Management company was great to work with as well. Excellent communication throughout the process.!

This was a fantastic location for a fall weekend getaway in Breckenridge. Very close to Main Street and easy launching point for hiking. Nice covered parking, cozy unit. Everything was fantastic - easy communication and check in/out.

We had a great time staying here. The location was walking distance to everything (main street, ski lifts, grocery store) we never even had to use our car. The place was stocked with tons of kitchen appliances and the fireplace was a nice touch. The only downfall of this place was the beds were very uncomfortable.
