The Caprice is a beachfront resort located right on beautiful St. Pete Beach. Quick and convenient access to the beach with our private gate. The heated pool is beachside offering beautiful views. BBQ grills are located on the sun deck – a great hangout spot down by the water. Caprice also offers a recreation room (with limited fitness equipment) and a Shuffleboard court. Coin operated laundry machines are located on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors. Free WI-FI is available in the condo and common areas.

St Pete Beach is considered the Sunset Capital of Florida. With miles of sandy beaches, year-round sunshine, and an abundance of recreational activities, it's one of the most enjoyable places vacation. This was one of our best vacations as the unit is in a great spot. We walked down to the restaurants near us. Great family time and laughs. St. John's pass was also so much fun. We really had one of our best vacations as it was really nice that there were chairs and an umbrella there to use so I didn't have to purchase or rent them. Had a box fan to use while sleeping.

When the bedroom doors are closed the room gets very stuffy. Perhaps a ceiling fan would help. Love the kitchen and how well stocked it is. The front desk attentiveness was great. Beach view awesome. Easy access to a nice pool and the beach.

Very enjoyable vacation! This is an excellent condo and the whole place is family friendly. one suggestion If there was anyway that you could put a gate on the ocean side would be great for those of us who have to carry everything but the kitchen sink to the beach.

After Orlando Beach relaxing

Upon arrival the after hours check in process was easy. The parking pass was forgotten but easily retrieved from the office the next day. The issues with the outside light and air conditioner were addressed quickly and efficiently. Nice area, easy to walk to dinner from a few places. Beach was beautiful and the condo was clean. I didn’t realize the washer and dryer were not in the room till we arrived, but there was a coin operated machines on the floor.

This was the best unit we have ever stayed in over 7 years. Well equipped kitchen which was appreciated when eating in. Enough place settings and silverware so paper products did not have to be used. Couch very comfortable. Leann was amazing. We had hot water issues. She listened and pursued to get it fixed in a timely manner, when the plumber said it was fine.
