Chateaux is a Gulf Front property located directly on the beach of Indian Shores. Heated pool available for year round use. Unit #207 has a large balcony with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has two double beds. Sleeper sofa available in the living room for additional guests. The kitchen has been updated with wood cabinets and granite countertops. The condo is lacking updates in other areas, but it's well maintained, fully stocked, and has an impeccable view! Shared laundry room on site. One assigned parking space provided.

Chateau 207

Nice condo on the beach. Very clean, comfy beds. Everything you need for a weeks stay. Quiet beach. Easy access. Nice pool. Beachfront balcony to sit in the evenings and watch the sunset. Just wished the elevator worked all the time.

Stay was awesome. My only complaints are the outlets are in desperate need of being replaced. They are so loose when you plug something in it falls out. It had a funny smell , but you get used to it.

Due to back to back hurricanes, some of building isdamaged. Sliding door doesnt like to open. Shades in bedroom need updating. Mattress very soft. But other then that it was very nice clean unit.

This is a nice clean condo. Bathroom and beach chairs could use upgrades but overall it was great. Clean, good location, pool is open, elevator not working but we knew that. Entire area is under construction but still a nice place to visit. Salt Rock Grill is amazing restaurant within walking distance. We didn’t cook much but kitchen seemed well stocked. Wish we didn’t need to check in at rental Agency, but it was quick and just a bit out of way.

Great for our stay

This property is right in the heart of Indian shores. Beautiful beach views with a huge balcony, clean condo, good-sized pool, easy beach access, plenty of room for a family of 4. TRS was very helpful for the entire check in process. VRBO listing did not mention that the elevator is down at this property, but TRS let me know as soon as we called to book that it was down. We were on the 2nd floor, so the stair climb wasn’t terrible. We loved the Chateaux and its location! 100/10 recommend and we will be coming back!

Indian shores

We enjoyed our unit. Unfortunately, we did not know the elevator was out until we got there. We booked our stay the day the elevator went out. It was difficult for me going up and down the stairs due to my Rheumatoid Arthritis. Other than that we were very happy.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and it was the perfect location for what my family needed. Our one complaint was that we struggled with the key in the door and it was very finicky -- 1 did seem to work better than the others. We eventually figured out the trick but it was very frustrating to have to deal with when our hands were full coming up from the beach. It would have been nice to have a keypad lock instead.

Family Vacation

We enjoy our stay at think location, access to the beach was awesome, beautiful view, and pool was also enjoyable. Only thing is, the condo itself needed alot of upgrades, sofa bed in the living room was in poor shape, furniture in bedroom was outdated, mattresses in bedroom were ok. On the list of instructions to checkout, it clearly states we are to replace garbage bags upon leaving and not leave any garbage behind which we did all that except the condo ,unit had no garbage bags to replace 😒, luckily we happen to have one in our luggage carry on from the last vacation. So our overall stay was nice except for the inconveniences I mentioned.

Beautiful View from balcony

The condo is fine. It could use a little extra cleaning in the bathroom and under the beds. We do not spend much time inside. When you rent this unit you have to drive to an office in Maderia Beach to pick up the key and also return the key to the same office. We had a very early flight the day we had to check out so this is a huge inconvenience. Hopefully you have transportation! Condos we have rented in the past just use a code system. Loved the location of this condo. We could walk to some great restaurants.
