Friendly Native is a quaint property located in a quiet neighborhood on St. Pete Beach. Beach access is available just across the street. Unit #204 is a second floor unit overlooking the pool and also has a Gulf view from the windows in the living room and bedroom. Unit accessible by stairs only. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room. This condo is bright and airy, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The property does not feature laundry facilities but the nearest laundromat is less than a mile away. Easy access to the public beach just across the street. One street parking pass is provided. Free Wi-Fi.

We love this unit and have stayed multiple times. We'll come back time after time! Friendly Native is the best. Pool landscaping is beautiful, super close to the beach. It's perfect.

The couch is old, dated and the bottom is broken when you sit down!! The bathroom has a overly LARGE vanity that is too close to the shower so you must turn Sideways to get to the toilet!!! Master bed is great. Kitchen is fine. Pool is heated and is lovely. Apartment needs to be updated. It’s tired and old! Beach access is perfect!!

Great Location but the air conditioner didn't work

The property was clean and quiet and in a wonderful location to walk to the beach and restaurants. However - when we arrived, the unit was very hot. We tried to turn the A/C down and it didn't seem to be cooling. After REPEATED calls to the property management, where they promised to send someone out to fix it., we finally reached someone who admitted that they knew the A/C unit was broken and they rented the property to us anyway. I'm sure they didn't expect temperatures to be in the 80's in January, but they were not honest with us. After we complained about the situation, they refunded 25% of our stay.

We loved staying at this property! Close walk to the beach and the neighborhood is awesome as well! Everyone we met on property were all very nice also. The property itself is well maintained and in a great location!!

Girls getaway

Awesome place close to beach. Nice pool cleaned and tested everyday. Only complaint was parking public beach parking on the weekends hard to find a place.

Great location and property for families

This was a wonderful stay in St Pete’s Beach with our family with small children. Such easy access to the beach and ice cream and restaurants within walking g distance as well! We were very comfortable in the condo stocked with everything we needed and the pool was great!

Nice property with a great location. Beach is across from the parking lot it’s quite with a beautiful pool. Only downfall is the bathroom is pretty tight. But all in all nice place and would stay again.

Great location

Renting on line was easy although a little confusing at first with who I was dealing with. We loved the location of the property and location of the condo in the building. BUT the shower was filthy. Couldn't see through glass doors as there was so much soap scum. Yucky! I happend to have cleaner with me so I scrubbed it so I could use after a long day of travel. Also, you would have a hard time maneuvering in the bathroom if you were a large or pregnant person! This did not show in the photos. Everything else was satisfactory and we will be returning. Had a great time.
