David (owner) was very helpful in assisting me with questions about his condo. Unfortunately, we didn't get to it until after the on-site office had closed. I called the number on the sign and Percy at the management company validated who I was and then talked me through getting the key out of the lockbox. (BIG RELIEF!)
The condo was more than we had expected. Very clean with 2 bdrms (king & 2 twin beds) plus a queen sofa bed in the living room. It was well-stocked with linens and pillows, kitchenware and bathroom necessities, plus lots of dresser drawers and closet space. Also plenty of seating in living room, bar, and dinette area. Everyone was very comfortable. The free parking pass allowed us to easily park right next to our building. The office management was very helpful in telling us about the free trolley services and local attractions.
The condo is situated a block from the main road and a block from the beach, with an outside shower by the pool. Restaurants, ice cream stand, and retail shops are all within walking distance. Publix, Walmart, Sams & Costco were all nearby too but a mile+ away.
We could not have been closer to everything we wanted to do and had every convenience imaginable at our disposal. Would definitely recommend. Kudos to David and his management team!
