Sea Breeze 505 Gulf Front Balcony with Heated Pool

Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we'd love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator and the pool are fully operational, and direct beach access is available.

Sea Breeze #505 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. Spacious 710 sq. ft. floorplan. Queen size bed in the bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Living room and bedroom both have large flat screen TV's with a Blu-ray DVD player. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

Beautiful view and great location!

The condo was clean, the leasing agents were very responsive and helpful, the bed was comfortable for us (the mattress is firm) and the condo is within walking distance to John’s Pass, Hubbard’s marina, and restaurants.The pool and hot tub were not usable.It appeared that the pool and hot tub had sustained damage from the catastrophic weather events in 2024. We booked this condo in January and the VRBO site did not mention that the pool and hot tub were not usable. Overall, we would stay here again.

Everything was just perfect! My spouse and I are not critical people but I would recommend getting a new bed. It was pretty painful to sleep on. Everything else was outstanding!

Our first time to this area! It was WONDERFUL! Not crowded at all! We will definitely be back! Lots of great restaurants and activities to do! The only negative for us was the beds. If we would have been staying any longer, we would have had go to walmart get something for for the master bedrooms bed! Overall, great condo! Thank you!!!

Nice stay!

The condo is right on the beach, an easy walk to John's Pass. Plenty to do without going far at all. We put 76 miles on our rental car for the whole week. We'll definitely be back!

Mixed feelings

The room and view were awesome but it really needs a washer and dryer inside each condo. The elevator was slow and hot as hell. Check in was a hot 200 yard walk. The bed was also a twin, really too small for a couple.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Sea Breeze, it's hard to beat the facility. The swimming pool and hot tub at the Sea Breeze are great and the view out over the gulf is phenomenal.

Loved the condo. The condo and the whole complex area was spotless. The pool area was immaculate. The complex area is very secure and you feel very safe there. The beach area was great and the close proximity to John's Pass was so convenient. Great places to eat and shop within walking distance. The check in process was quick and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Disappointed with the elevator outage which seems to happen with every stay at Sea Breeze but we’re told that it is being replaced next month. If that happens we will definitely be back!

Beautiful view and nice beach area. The sunsets from the condo were gorgeous! Could watch the dolphins swimming around playing in the surf. Easy 25 minute walk to John's Pass which has numerous restaurant and shopping choices.
