Spacious one furnished Bedroom for a Solo person, friends or couple. The bed is a double size bed (full size) it’s good for one or two people. It can be a couple or friends. The bathroom is a shared and it’s closed to the bedroom.
Shops and Malls nearby.
Neighborhood is very Safe and quiet even late at night.
Accommodation is GLBT friendly!
It’s 2 blocks At 82nd St. Station. in Jackson Heights and 7 min. walk to 74th Street Metro Station.

Washers and driers are available in the basement. ( you must pay fee)
Also, we have a laundry service. ( a person who does your laundry for an additional fees).
Arriving time : Flexible for your convenience.
