Charming Building... a true gem in the heart of the Gables. Near the trolley stops, restaurants and business district. Our cool and comfortable one bedroom apartment is just 10 minutes away from MIA and 20 minutes away from Miami Beach.

Make yourself at home in this beautiful remodeled in 2016 second floor apartment.
Furnished and decorated in soothing earth tones. Queen sized bed with great linens and a big walk in closet.
Guest access
32” LED television with complimentary Wi-Fi keep you connected, nice bathroom with shower, clean towels / shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator a breakfast table and a hot-pot coffee machine awaiting your arrival.
Other things to note
Please be extra careful with the wood floors.
Additional guests must be notified if not notified while placing reservation.
Towels, toilet paper , Shampoo , and kitchen sponge with dishwashing liquid are provided.

small but clean apartment.
This is a small but clean apartment in Coral Gables. I thought the location was great — walking distance from Miracle Mile, near Target plenty of street parking, etc. It was perfect for my daughter and me because we were spending most of our time at my other daughter’s house over XMAS. The kitchen was nice; the bathroom a little too small.

Overall excellent. Extra bedding somewhat tired. T.V. News channels lacking. Longer stays make lack of laundry facilities an issue but laundromat 2 blocks away.

Vacation stay in coral gables
We had a very nice stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed within walking distance. The cable car was just a block away. Very nice and clean. Was great to have all hardwood floors. Gail was helpful and friendly.

comfortable and perfect location
We stayed for only a short period of time (3 nights) but found the unit to be suitable to our needs and very well appointed having all the basic needs particularly in light of our late arrival and need for that all important cup of coffee in the morning!. The location was excellent being in a very quiet neighborhood of Coral Gables and close to several wonderful Cuban restaurants as well as other areas of interest. Street parking was never an issue, having to come and go at various hours of the day and night. The bed was a little firmer than I would have preferred but I got acclimated to it after the first night. Overall a very good experience and despite not personally meeting our hosts they stayed in contact making sure all our needs were met.
