This top floor studio condo has two queen beds, bathroom and additional powder room. Open concept design with large kitchen, private dressing room and walk in closet. The condo building has it's own private pool, in addition to self underground garaged parking. City of Carlsbad has placed limits on vacation rental locations, this building and one other collectively known as Chateau Buildings that sit within resort gates are but the few allowed to operate as vacation rentals within Carlsbad.

A Some of the hotel is open to public such as Restaurants, Shopping, Spa/Salon, Chopra Center, Golf are available to anyone.
Q What is the "limited damage waiver" fee in the amount of $99.00 for?
A Covers $5000 in accidental damage in lieu of a cash deposit. This does not cover decontamination from pets or smoking.
Q Could you please tell me about your cancellation policy?
A Anything booked within 30 days of arrival there will be no refund. Purchasing travel insurance is always a good idea. We offer this through CSA if you are interested.
Q Is there both a washer and dryer in the unit?
A No, but there is one in the building on the bottom level at the elevator exit
Q What is your check-in and check-out time?
A Check in 4pm, Check out 10am
Q Is someone easily available via a cell phone or onsite in case of an emergency?
A Yes
Q Is the condo stocked with paper products (plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, tissue)?
A Yes. 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet tissue are provided. There is a grocery store located within walking distance for additional needs.

Q Do condo guests have access to any of the LaCosta Omni Resort pools & Tennis courts?
A No - That is a members only area. However they do have tennis lessons and workshops available with advanced reservations.
Q. Are pets or smoking allowed in unit?
A. No. The unit was designed with all hypoallergenic materials and goods so any pets or smoking in unit will result in decontamination fees to restore the unit to maintain a sensitive environment.
Q Are you available to talk over the phone prior to me booking anything online?
A Yes
Q.Can you hold my reservation?
A. Your reservation is not secured until payment has been made. In addition rates subject to change until your reservation is booked. We will send you a payment request with a link and quoted amount. If you do not respond after 2 days or someone else books any of your dates the link will no longer work and you will have to send me a new request.
Q. What do I do if something doesn't work?
A. We strive to have our guests as comfortable as possible. Please call if something isn't working right or you need help working an appliance. While we strive for a seamless stay please remember that we are not immune to 3rd party providers such as power outages, cable and wifi service interruption or simply a hiccup with an appliance. We have put in reliable and reputable fixtures, electronics and appliances in the unit, but sometimes things aren't perfect. Please call if something needs attention and we will do our best to remedy it if an issue arises during your stay.
