I had a very pleasant, comfortable time here. The space was large and very clean, and had everything I needed. It was very easy to get an uber to Mayo Clinic. Very responsive owners, overall highly recommend!

FYI - This was one of many places we wanted to stay at near Mayo for my Mother to get treatment. It wasn't even 12 hours I tried to cancel booking so she could have a LIFT bed to stay in during her treatments at Mayo. There SHOULD ALWAYS be a way to cancel ANYPLACE that far ahead of time (a whole month) without penalty. *BE SURE TO READ CANCELLATION POLICY! Mom booked and I booked at the same time 29 Days (YES almost a MONTH prior) but THIS place didn't have a LIFT BED for her so I tried to cancel WITHIN 12 hours of booking (leaving still 29 full days to rent the space) and they REFUSED. VRBO couldn't help as they clearly state in their cancellation policy 30 days, not 29. Let's start with the positives: + I'll give them an A for effort and response rate + Location to Mayo clinic Negatives -A big fat "F" on the grade of flexibility. Come one a whole month and only 12 hours and ZERO flexibility "RULES ARE RULES" even with extenuating circumstances - YIKES - Dirty I have a lot of pictures showing how dirty this place was, trash already in the trash, base boards in rooms show they've not ever been cleaned - BUGS! (Beware, I took photos and reported it.) - Before I left I asked for a diagram or location of where the trash was and they said "No need to follow those rules we'll take care of it" What happened to "RULES ARE RULES". - Like many other reviewers I had all trouble (had to leave my door unlocked) with getting the digits to unlock the unit. Sleep horrible.

Quiet complex in a great location
Beautiful apartment in a quiet complex. Heated pool and hot tub were great with the cold snap while we were here. Communication with the property manager was great. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Clean and great location
Great location, unit was as advertised and the pool was very nice. Only comment is we felt like we were being watched constantly with the Ring doorbell. Our friend's daughter that lives in Scottsdale dropped us off and wanted to see the place. We were only dropping our bags off and within 5 minutes I received a message asking her to leave. Other than that, would recommend.

Palacio Properties was very good about responding to my inquiries. It was cool when we were there so was not able to swim. We were disappointed that we were unable to get the local news. However they did have Roku streaming services. The apartment was very nice. It is on the first floor so not a lot of sun.

Good house for large group
This is a great place for a large group. We had the family down for a warm Thanksgiving. The pool was great--kids loved it! November is cooler at night, so we were glad we paid to heat the pool. Plenty of beds for a close-knit group. The Garage room is comfortable, but be informed it is a garage with a working overhead garage door (with it's own heat/cooling unit--comfort was good). Internet was peckish at times--so be aware if you simply must do work while visiting. We had to reset once, but it came back up quickly. The great room/kitchen area was terrific for all being together. Like most rental properties there was some minor wear and tear, but kitchen is well stocked with dishes and needed utensils essential for feeding a large group. The backyard is private and very pleasant. The only reason I didn't rate the area a five was just that there aren't any trails nearby for walking. (It is a nice residential area though, so walking is an option on residential streets.) Good access to a grocery store and shops nearby (walkable if you want too but along a busier street), and easy to get to highway system when needed. Owners were good about timely response to questions and requests. We enjoyed our stay.

the place was perfect for what we came to Phoenix to see, but I did have a couple problems. I contacted your property manager on Saturday to see if we could get into the property early and was advised right away that it wasn’t possible. No problem but was aware we are eager to get into the house. I was told I would get the access code 15 minutes before check in. I did not receive the code so I tried messaging and called the property manager with no response. I then contacted VRBO who also tried to get me the code. They couldn’t get it either. Finally, 2 hours after check in, the property manager sent me the code. The other problem I had was the Wi-Fi password was wrong. I again messaged the property manager about this and never heard back. We did not have Wi-Fi during our whole stay. I think we should at least be compensated for the time we lost getting into the property and the time I spent trying to rectify this problem

This was a very comfortable and easy place to stay1
This property was perfect for our visit. It is located only a 5 minute drive from the Mayo Clinic. The apartment was clean and tidy, and had all the amenities needed to cook and relax. Having a covered parking spot was also very appreciated in the heat of Phoenix. We had to reach out a couple of times to the management. They were immediately responsive and completely helpful both times.

Great North Scottsdale location
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was ideal for meeting with friends and family in the Phoenix area. We got very acquainted with the bars and restaurants on High Street which is a short 2.5 mile drive (or Uber) from the condo. We did a couple hikes in the region north of Scottsdale. There are many opportunities for great hikes within less than a half hour drive from the condo. Although we didn’t play any golf this trip, there are numerous top notch golf courses nearby. Communication with Jia-Li was easy and handled trouble free. Nothing but great things to say about our visit!!

This condo was excellent. Great location and very clean. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. Coffee pods and laundry detergent were greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed the pool too. Communication was always easy and fast. Covered parking spot was so helpful in the AZ heat. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Girls Weekend
We loved the condo. It was a perfect girls weekend and great location. The condo manager responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had on the VRBO app. The pool was clean we enjoyed our relaxing weekend. The blue bed room the bed was so comfy. White bed was a little hard. Loved that they stocked everything we needed. It was a very affordable and a fun girls weekend. Close to Camelback Mountain. Grocery store and liquor store right next to the condo. Residents were friendly at the pool. They also have a book with more information when you arrive which was nice. The only question we had was parking as they have marked spots, but we had no issues parking right by our door. So we figured no designated parking space again no issue. However if you leave at night they lock the gait and we didn’t know the code, but we got in but make sure you get a code.

Comfortable and clean stylish condo
My family stayed at this condo while visiting family in the area. We were so pleased with how clean and quiet it was. The decor inside was lovely and it was well equipped to cook if you wanted. The pool area was great and the water was warm and refreshing. We felt very secure and liked having a fast WiFi and designated parking spot. Keyless entry and contactless checkin and check were wonderful.

Great getaway
My husband and I and our friends were in town for some golfing and a spring training baseball game. The location was perfect with easy access to the courses we selected. The condo was exactly as described and the owner was very responsive to the questions I asked. Only regret that the weather wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the pool.

The location of the property is fantastic. The pool area is very nice. We experienced some trouble at check in as the door code would not work. The bed in the master bedroom squeaked horribly every time I turned over in my sleep. Additionally the clothes dryer broke during my stay and management was less than quickly responsive. Water for showers is a little quirky when bathing or showering. There are insufficient bath towels if you have 4 or more people staying there unless you plan to do laundry every day. Unit has sufficient gathering areas for eating or relaxing. There are a lot or properties in Scottsdale so management needs to address these items or I would stay somewhere else

Great for golf get-away!
This property was clean, close to local businesses and several golf courses (including TPC Scottsdale). The managers were attentive and helped as needed throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

From foster care to CEO: Jia has been working in real estate her entire career. She was in senior management in the mortgage services industry by the age of 20, then an AVP of a mortgage firm at 27, and not long after that a Vice President of Operations at an Asset Management company in Scottsdale AZ. After 25 years in executive positions she decided to do what she loved most, meet great people from all over the world, be her own boss & enjoy life with her two children.
