Decent rental to stay at
Extremely outdated house. No lights outside so can’t enjoy nights by the pool or backyard. Was told 11am checkout was given to us and cleaning crew showed up at 10am. Lastly, tiny little circular hand soaps at all sinks, not convenient at all and would’ve preferred a dispenser. Was clean though!

We enjoyed the peace of mind staying at this property with our dog. Private, completely fenced in yard. Pool was great, well stocked kitchen. We stayed for a month, and it felt like home. Great location and neighborhood! We would stay again!

Great place!!!
Great stay!! Enjoyed laying around the pool and exploring the area!! Very nice using the garage! Garage door opener for the car didn’t work at first, just needed to be reprogrammed to the main opener!! Had extra blankets if needed. Even used washer and dryer for some clothes!! Great place to go!

Quiet Cape Coral Neighborhood
The check in process was easy for the most part. We received an email saying to contact a person to gain access to the property, but there was no phone number or email. I messaged the property owner and he gave me that into. Then we were able to get the lock box code. All we had to do was show up and unpack and start enjoying vacation. We had to do some cleaning when we got there, which was unfortunate since paying a substantial cleaning fee as part of the renting process. But overall it was a good property. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Mother Daughter Trip
The house was very clean and as pictured in the listing. The beds were a little on the soft side for us (we only used 2 of 3 beds). The house was well stocked - pots/pans, utensils, paper towel, toilet paper, soaps and bath/beach towels. The shingles had just been removed for hurricane repairs which left a bit of a mess around the pool area. Little pieces of the shingles got through the screens and littered the patio area. We swept it as best we could so we didn't track much into the pool or house, but it was almost impossible. I wish someone had taken a blower to the pool area and wiped down the patio table prior to our arrival, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The privacy fence is 100% now (the repairs were made during our stay). Overall my mom and I had a great trip. Great location to restaurants/grocery stores and not far from some great sight seeing spots!

Great Location and Property
We had a great stay and enjoyed our trip. Adam (Host) was very responsive to our needs. This property is convenient to downtown Cape Coral and a short drive to many other restaurants and sites. The property was clean and equipped with most of the things needed for our month long stay. Would revisit this property.

Very happy with our stay
Overall we had a nice easy stay! The pool was clean, house was clean and check-in process was simple and easy. The owner even worked with us to allow us to enter the home earlier than typical which was amazing, and much appreciated! We stayed here post hurricane Ian so there were some damages to the cage that were expected before we got there. I wish the grills were useable but other than that it was a great stay!

FUN AND ENJOYABLE STAY!
We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Palms and were so please with Adam and his staff. He went out of his way to accommodate all of our needs. We were there for almost 6 months, and whenever we had a hiccup with anything, he was very attentive and took care of it right away for us. I would highly recommend Adam and his team! Winter Escape
We enjoyed our winter escape at Sunset Palms! We especially loved the privacy of the fenced-in yard, the wonderful heated pool, and the comfortable wicker furniture on the pool deck. The location is very convenient, the beds are comfortable and we enjoyed walking our puppy in the neighborhood and local parks. There are so many great restaurants in Cape Coral - you could eat out every day! A couple minor inconveniences you should be aware of - the ice maker doesn't work (we knew that before booking thanks to a previous review), and there is no garbage disposal. All in all, a wonderful escape from Wisconsin temps and blizzards!

We enjoyed our staying here so much! The house is very clean and spacious. Is equipped with everything what we might need for house, the pool or even for the beach. Outside area with pool is perfectly connected with the house. We spent most of our time there enjoying the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and represents the photos. The property needs some drywall repairs and paint. Especially in the master bathroom. Bedrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. No wireless garage door opener. Nice neighborhood. Nice pool. We would stay here again.

We traveled with our two young children and two dogs and were very pleasantly surprised by this property. It’s so nice when we find a home that is pet friendly! A few things were a little bothersome...upon arrival no toilet paper (after a long trip that was interesting) the pool cleaners were less than nice, snarky and rude actually. Other than that, we were happy...nice home, very nice pool, great location.
