Lovely Beach-Front East Cape Condo

Playa Blanca is a recently constructed 14 unit complex directly on the beautiful white sandy beach of Buena Vista, one of the nicest on the East Cape. The building is gated with secure-gated parking, has an infinity pool with lounging terrace and direct beach access. A swim up wet bar next to the pool on the fourth level provides amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. Mix your own drinks, relax and enjoy the ocean view.

Condo B102, Casita de Lupine, is a 1 bedroom/2 bath ground floor unit with easy access to great swimming, kayaking and snorkeling a few steps from the patio.

Casita de Lupine comes furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, A/C, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, wireless Internet and a TV with DVD player and Roku. A queen size bed in the master bedroom, plus a hide-a-bed sofa and fold out twin ottoman in the living room, will accommodate either a family of 5 or two couples.

A small grocery store is a short walk from the condo and Los Barriles, a quaint fishing town with an authentic feel of Baja Sur without the crowds and commercialization of Cabo, is only 5 minutes away. Los Barriles is a 50 minute drive north from San Jose del Cabo International Airport and about 2 hours south of La Paz.

If you want to enjoy the laid back sunny days of Baja´s East Cape, lounge on the patio or beach, experience world famous kite boarding and fishing, or just relax and get away from it all, then this is the place for you!

Beautiful beachfront

After spending a week in Cabo it was nice to have a week of tranquil bliss here. We loved having coffee on the patio each morning and the easy access to the beach. We had the beach to ourselves most days. Felt very safe and secure here. The condo was pleasant and clean and it was nice having 2 bathrooms. The entire complex is not large which is a plus in my book and it was quiet...no late night partiers. I highly recommend this place and hope to return and stay longer next year.

Great stay!

Our family of four, all adults, enjoyed this unit and its location. It is as pictured, in a quiet building, and on a lovely beach. The walk to town is a leisurely 25 minute stroll. We would happily stay again!

Great stay in Playa Blanca

Very nice stay. Perfect location with walk out to the beach. Beautiful condo with everything you would need to feel “at home” during your stay. Beds are comfortable, beautifully furnished rooms.

Beautiful beach, quiet area

My husband and I, daughter and her boyfriend stayed here for a few days. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and use of kayaks. We were on Th e ground floor which made it very convenient to walk out to the beach. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you! Julia

Excellent getaway in Buena Vista!

Excellent location only a few steps from the beach. The condo is fully equipped as advertised and very comfortable. It was great to have the kayaks available to use as well as other beach accessories (umbrella, chairs etc). The location is perfect, on a nice sandy beach and within walking distance to Los Barriles (about a mile and a half). We would highly recommend this unit to others!

Playa Blanca beach level

This one bedroom was perfect - the beach was steps away with only one stair. The elevator was a game changer- so convenient to move bags to/from the road level. Really a great experience. No complaints at all.

Beautiful view !

Our stay at Playa Blanca was fantastic ! Our suite was very well equipped with all cooking, cleaning items needed and kayaks, snorkeling gear and beach chairs. We had a wonderful time here and hope to come back next year !

The condo in Buena Vista was wonderful. Very clean, right in front of the beautiful beach, and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and relaxing. The property management company was attentive and answered all questions right away. The very short drive into Los Barriles (about 1 mile) was easy. We stayed in September, which is the slow month, so we did find lots of restaurants closed, but we still found plenty to meet our needs and they were very good. We definitely recommend this property.

Playa Blanca Beachfront Appartment

Spacious and clean appartment, with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the kayak rides in the mornings, exploring the underwater life through the crystal-clear water. We felt safe in the gated property and loved the easy access to the beach. There's a little store nearby that proofed to be very convenient. We definitely can recommend the place!

Great beach

We loved the beach and it is very peaceful! In the morning the water is so calm and clear you can see fishes and use the Kayak. We had a great time.

Beautiful spot right on the beach

This property is exactly as shown. Only steps to the beach the location is fabulous. Clean and well cared for we really enjoyed our stay. Wolf property management was responsive when we had an issue with the parking gate. You can walk to town but it is about a 30 - 40 minute walk so you really would want to have vehicle to stay here. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Wonderful rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The location right on the beach was great. The condo had everything we needed. We especially liked the gated parking area. Wolf Property Management was easy to work with and very responsive. We hope to return soon.

Phenomenal view ultimate Beachfront!

It’s everything thing you want or need to unwind! The air the water the space & people can’t Go wrong! It’s is A few miles healthy walk to town wolf management offers taxi service on website but doesn’t really have one to speak of? They finally gave us a # of third party option no guarantees? That could get us to car rental since they don’t offer delivery? Pre planning is key here All said & done amazing time will go back no doubt!

Perfect place on the beach for peace and quiet.

I needed a last minute reservation in Los Barriles and came across this location. I reached out to the owner to ask about availability and received a response right away. The condo was perfect. Exactly like the pictures and but even better in person. I would definitely book this location again!

We LOVE this place

This is a beach lovers dream. Perfect for the two of us on our second visit here. The place is nicely decorated and spotless and has everything you need especially for enjoying the beach that is literally right out your front door . Drinking coffee and watching the sunrise from bed or the patio is priceless and the ocean views never get old. We will be back for sure.

Steps from the beach!

This condo was clean and well-equipped and literally steps from a beautiful, swimmable stretch of beach. The rooftop pool was excellent and afforded sweeping views of the sea, which we saw rays, whales and dolphins. We’ll be back! This isn’t a criticism in anyway, just a helpful tip: The location isn’t as walkable to Los Barriles as other condos closer to town, but the trade off is that the beach is MUCH less crowded (not that any of the east cape beaches get that crowded), more quiet (less ATV traffic and kite surfers) and a little more protected from the wind. If you stay at this property and enjoy hitting the restaurants and shops in LB, I would recommend renting an ATV (not a car) to get around. Our property manager set up the rental and a 4-seater side-by-side was delivered to our unit with little more than a text message. It was the the perfect vehicle to explore the town, side roads, and the beach. There is a small market near the condo that we used to get ice and drinks, but if you enjoy shopping for your own food and preparing meals, you will definitely need a way to get around town and get your groceries back to the condo.

Great condo on the beach!

We loved our stay Buenavista! Check in n was seamless and our host Jo was amazing from start to finish. We had a little grocery store close by as well as a pizza place that was delicious. Staying right on the ocean was awesome and the beach in front of the condo was lovely. Right next to the condos has public beach access with palapas and they groom the sand every morning. The condo comes with 3 kayaks, but we could only find 2 paddles. So maybe inquire about the 3rd paddle. The Mobula rays were there during this time. They made their appearance usually in the morning and late afternoon and into the evening. We took the kayaks out one morning to see them. It was quite an experience to look at them below the surface and see 100’s of them. Then they would come up out of nowhere and jump into air, so amazing! The town of Los Barriles is wonderful. Friendly people and a laidback vibe. No hagglers like Cabo, so it was nice to get a break from that. We would definitely rent this condo again! Oh and if you want to go out for a really nice dinner make reservations at La Casita, amazing sushi and seafood. And Beans and Rice for lunch. Our waiter Wally was great and it has a nice outdoor atmosphere. We will definitely return to this wonderful town.
