Great house, great location

The house is nice, comfortable and fit our family perfectly. Sarah is great and was quick to communicate. We love Brewster and the central location is ideal for us. The fenced in yard is great for the dogs as well. We have stayed at this property multiple years.

Great mid-cape location

Family with 5 adults and one dog. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds and baths. Master bath is particularly nice. Definitely bring your bikes. Easy rides to nearby kettle ponds and Brewster beaches. WiFi accommodated remote workers. Kitchen well supplied, but bring your favorite kitchen knives. Lots of comfy towels, beach chairs. Pillows, etc. Hope to be back.

Very comfortable home

5 adults & 2 young children. Plenty of space to move around in. Good dining table for meals & game playing. Deck & patio were used every day. A plus was the fenced in back yard. Beds very comfortable….. even the pull out couch! Good communication with the property manager also. Very pleasant stay!

Beautiful & convenient location!

We had a wonderful stay in the Brewster house! So much space for everyone to spread out, and the house was so thoughtfully well stocked with anything you might need. There weren’t many spices on hand but there were enough dishes and toiletries and linens for our group of six to be very happy. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower after the beach days and the shade provided by the trees. The yard was very private and provided a great place to read or eat. The upstairs shower was especially enjoyable! My tall husband loved that shower head! Hopefully we will be back next summer as this place was very close to our favorite beaches.

Lovely home

Very comfortable home with a great fenced in back yard, which was great for the dogs! Easy access to bike trail and short walk/drive to local ponds, which was wonderful! If you are in to cooking, you might want to bring your own knives, as the ones provided weren't very sharp! Other than that, great house in great location.

A wonderful house!

We spent a week in this house with our daughter, her husband, and their two young adult daughters. Not being used to stairs we put all the younger adults upstairs and we stayed in the first floor bedroom. There are three bathrooms, which is great. The house is decorated beautifully and we felt right at home in it. The location was ideal as we were able to get to the Berkeley Flats and the ponds easily! I just can't say enough good things about this property!!

Lovely House, Nice Location

It is a lovely house. It is as nice, if not nicer than the pictures. Plenty of room for three couples. It was also well situated. We took a quick trip (@40 min) to Provincetown, took a whale watching tour from Hyannis/Barnstable, and even went to see Plymouth Rock! Lots of good walking on the nearby Rail Trail, as well.

Great stay

The house was great and in a nice quiet neighborhood...just what we were hoping for. A/C units worked great to keep the house nice and cool. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The bathrooms were nice and well-appointed. My only complaint would be that we could not, among four younger adults, figure out how to get the TV to work. Not sure if it was us, or if there was an issue with the cable...but that was the only frustrating part of our stay.

Great stay in Brewster!

The house is on a quiet dead end street close to pond and bike trail and about a 5 min drive to Breakwater beach. Fenced in yard was perfect for the dog to play. The kitchen was great, and the Upstairs bathrooms were beautiful. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Luxurious Home

This was the most luxurious rental home I’ve ever stayed in. The second floor is especially impressive. There is plenty of room for a big family, and the fenced-in yard is terrific for dogs/kids! The kitchen was missing a few basic items, which I’ve brought to the owner’s attention. There also should have been written directions for various aspects of the home (as are usually provided to renters). All in all, a beautiful home very close to the bike trail and Seymour Pond.

Simply the best!

This is the best rental property I've ever had the privilege of staying at. It's spacious, clean, a great location, has comfortable beds, and has a fantastic back yard. It was perfect for two families to stay together. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Brewster Rental

So fortunate to find this conveniently located, family & pet friendly home. The owner is super sweet & easy to communicate with/ the home was well equipped and clean/ close to bike path, ponds & center of town. The master bedroom & en suite are *chefs kiss* . The huge backyard is totally fenced in, quiet & beautiful. Thank you for opening up your home. Highly recommend! Hope to be back!

Brewster get away
