The Bennett Place offers travelers or visitors to Silver City an alternative choice for lodging. Located near the Historic Downtown Silver City we cater to those who appreciate something more than the typical 'motel' experience.
Many of our guests are relocating to Silver City and others are visiting for local events such as the Tour of the Gila bike race, the Silver City Blues Festival or hiking or hunting in the Gila Forest/Wilderness. We are conveniently located within walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, museums, art galleries and more.
Our recently remodeled rooms are very comfortable and well stocked. In addition there is a large outdoor common area with a patio and outdoor fireplace, barbecue grill, workshop and sufficient space for secure RV or large - vehicle parking.

Wonderful, convenient stay in Silver City

Amy is the consummate host: Communicative and helpful, a pleasure to talk to in person and committed to providing a home that is exactly as it's described. This is a cosy house in walking distance to the center of town, which was perfect for relaxing in, cooking in, and getting a good night's sleep. My family had a great time and we all really hope we'll be back again soon.

Amy was an excellent host and readily available to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is Nicely decorated, spacious and and very well stocked. Clean and comfortable

We stayed 5 nights at this property to explore the area. We were within walking distance of the historic downtown, WNMU, and multiple restaurants. We made day long trips to the Gila Wilderness, the Cliff Dwellings and Rockhound State Park, all within a comfortable drive from this property. The property was well stocked in amenities, both cooking wise and toiletry-wise. The location was quiet and seemingly safe. This small house had been nicely remodeled and was quite functional; for the two of us it was spacious and well layed out. The host was responsive to our texted questions.

Great house just minutes from everything

This house and property had everything we needed for two couples to stay for a couple weeks. The house was comfortable and well supplied with kitchen, laundry and outdoor BBQ and eating. Being right in downtown meant we were only minutes away from just about everything. Our hosts were so accommodating and communicative. A really great stay!

A very comfortable stay and perfect location to reach historic downtown Silver City by foot or car. Easy access to roads for sighting in nearby areas. Host very accommodating with everything one could need in the house. Would definitely stay there again! Pam

Great Weekend in Silver City

Lovely place in Silver City, convenient to downtown. The home has beautiful hardwood floors, up to date kitchen and bathroom, comfy furniture and so many great touches such as art, books and even binoculars for bird watching in the huge green grassy inviting yard! Amy is attentive, available and a joy. Would love to come back!

Our Silver City Stay

What a great stay. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was so comfortable and convenient, a short walk to downtown and the festival park. We loved it and are already talking about booking again. The yard was so pretty with grass and flowers, relaxing and quiet for an early evening sit. We’ll done!

Wonderful location for Tour of the Gila

We came to town to watch the Tour of the Gila, this home was conveniently located for the various stages. A wonderful property to relax in after cheering on the bike races. We will definitely be booking again if we come back for this race or for other vacations.

This house is a gem in Silver City! It's adorable with little surprises throughout. It is very well appointed with anything you could possible need. Amy and her husband were responsive, warm, and helpful. It was an oasis of relaxation while in town to visit family. I would definitely stay here again. 5-Star hosts! Highly recommend. :)

This was my first time with VRBO, and I was very pleased with every aspect of this booking. The host stocked and prepared the property, anticipating the traveler’s needs. Silver City gold!

This is our second stay at Amy’s house. We certainly hope to make this annual because it really feels like home. She provides such a homelike environment from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom. We absolutely love our stay here. She knows so much about the area and her suggestions have been great adventures and memories. It makes us sad to leave.
