Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Wonderful Views! Great location!

Great view of marina! Appreciated the table on deck. (Bring binoculars to watch the surfers and sailboats) Bed comfortable, my adult daughter felt couch was comfortable as well. Easy check in. Lagoon and beach is just down the ramp from Ilikai. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Bus stops close too. Kitchen is very small but we did not cook so worked for us. Unit was clean. We plan to return in August and will rent this unit again.

Perfect spot!

Wonderful little condo in great location with fabulous view of the ocean and marina. I will definitely be checking it's availability the next time I am in Waikiki.

Perfect place

The unit was nicer than the pictures with a great view out over the Harbor. You can see a fabulous sunset each night. And there’s live music below for a couple of hours in the evening which was really nice. It stops at 10 PM so not a problem as far as sleeping. The unit was very quiet and comfortable. The bed was amazing. It was nice to have a kitchen. It’s a short walk down a ramp to get to the beach and lagoon by the Hilton. Property manager was very nice. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great view of Waikiki Marina and sunsets

This VRBO was perfect for my wife and I. The lanai was a great place to have coffee and tea in the morning. We used the oven and cooking utensils to enjoy leftovers from a few of the great restaurants in Waikiki. Waikiki beach is just a short walk away, and the onsite pool is even closer and great for cooling off in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, view, and residential support!

The bed was very comfortable! The provided cooler was a blessing, perfect size and we used it daily! Great WiFi. Hotel workers and other residents were very friendly and helpful! Loved that there was an affordable convenient store and restaurant located at the hotel as-well as a coffee shop and ice cream parlor!

I loved the Ilikai for the location and the amenities on property. The lagoon and beach were right there. The property had laundry, a store, and ice cream shop, a great coffee shop, and a great place to rent paddle boards, surf boards, and so much more.

Great view and location

The unit has an expansive view to the marina and ocean. Every night it was a treat to have our meals on the lanai watching the sunset. The access to the Lagoon and the beach was easy. Similarly, the 15 minute walk to the Ala Moana Mall was easily doable.

Loved everything, location, view,and the room. Only thing dishes were not clean. First two knives, three plates and cup I pulled out were not clean. Had to wash someone else's dishes. I will definitely be back.

Great Location and View

Condo is in a great location with a terrific view. The only drawback was the office chair was torn up....I had to work at the desk every day so had to put a towel down to keep the torn fabric pieces off my clothes....other than that, great place, well appointed and decorated.

Location and view were great. Building is nice and stores and restaurants are close walking distance

We’d stay again. We have 2 small kids so the unit worked for us. Would be too small if they were much older though. Only down side was Porch not suitable for small children.

Awesome view

I love staying at the Ilikai, however it seems every unit we have rented i have had to do a cleaning job.There is no way that the units are checked for cleanliness before a person checks in.I think more care needs to be taken regarding the cleaners.Other than that the units have been comfortable and will continue to stay at the Ilikai

Great family vacation for Christmas!

We were here over the Christmas week & loved staying here! We usually stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village but decided to stay here this year bc it was a lot better price. We were not disappointed!! The room was clean (I am very very picky when it comes to cleanliness) the only thing I would recommend about cleaning is scrubbing the tile in the shower. We had everything we needed for a great family vacation in room 606! Coffee & breakfast every morning on the Lanai & sunsets & cocktails in the afternoons Loved the location, loved the lobby & all the shops downstairs. Oh & cinnnamons!! We also got ice cream every night down at Dave’s in the lobby (miss it already) I honestly think I liked it more than the HHV just because it was more laid back & smaller, but you were still a short walk from all the fun at the HHV. Loved the 2nd level pool & the lower level pool was nice as well. Would recommend staying here 10/10. Thank you!

Not that happy

We have stayed at the Ilikai in the past for one month and this time we stayed for a month again. The Ilikai is a great place to stay it is close to the shopping and close to the beach however our room was not the best . When we entered the room you could smell a musty smell not very nice. We checked the rest of the room out and when we looked at the kitchen we were very disappointed there is no counter space and there were not enough dishes and very few pots and pans. Our dishes were stored under the sink and the knives and forks had to be kept on the counter not enough kitchen storage, again not very happy. The bed was comfortable but the sheets kept falling off the bed very frustrating. The view was great we looked out over the marina and the sunset. But during the day the sun was just to hot to sit out on the Lani. When we looked at the pictures on VRBO it looked a lot nicer than it really was. The people next door had the same size room and it was laid out much better.

Ilikai 606

Amazing vacation and very well positioned condo. Very clean and beautiful condo. The only negative point was that the air conditioner wasn’t strong enough so it was a little warm with the sunset that side or the building. Thanks!!

Great pick!!!!

We visited 10/12/17 to 10/19/17 and did not have one complaint about this rental. Upon entry, the rental was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for your belongings. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets every evening and breakfast on the balcony. We loved the easy access the lagoon, the beach, and the parking. If you rent a car, the best option for parking is behind the hotel "LOT A". It is only $1.00 per hour as opposed to the $28.00 a night valet. The only downfall was on the last day of our stay, we were greeted with the sounds of protestors against the Illikai. Overall, the experience here was great.

We found this property ideal for a stay in Honolulu. Much quieter than central Waikiki but with easy accessibility to all attractions. The concierge was very helpful in organising any tours we wanted without being pushy. There is a bus stop outside the and with $2 a head travel a very easy way to get around. The is a major shopping centre (Ala Moana) 12 mins walk away and a small Foodpantry store in Hobson lane (4 mins) which was more than acceptable for day to day items. The property presented well and the manager was readily available by email to help with any questions.
