Located just 7 miles from Disney World, this stylish and spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom end-of-row townhome has been recently repainted and restyled and features a south-facing private splash pool. It is located on the highly-desirable gated resort of Paradise Palms with amazing onsite facilities including a clubhouse, a beautiful resort-style communal pool, a cinema, a gym, tennis court, volleyball, arcade and games room, play area and more.
This stylish home sleeps a maximum of 10 people plus a baby. It has a spacious floor plan with a king bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom on the lower floor, plus two further king bedrooms with en suites and a twin room with family bathroom on the upper floor. The open-plan living space features a kitchen with breakfast bar, a formal dining area and a spacious family room.
Enter the home and you will find a stylish king bedroom on your left, complete with a Smart TV and a ceiling fan. Next door is a stylish blue twin room. Opposite is a family bathroom with a shower, granite counters, WC and sink.
Continue through to the spacious living area with a stylish formal dining area, an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar and an attractive family room with a large L-shaped sofa, two arm chairs, a Smart TV and a ceiling fan.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for at-home dining including a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, dishes, pots and pans etc. The kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar with stools.
Step out onto the pool deck with a private south-facing splash pool, a shaded dining area with a table and chairs set and sun loungers. The pool can be heated (optional extra) and has a pool safety fence for families with small children.
Upstairs you will find two further king bedrooms with en suites, a twin room and a family bathroom. Bedroom 1 is a stylish black and chrome king room with a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a huge en suite with twin sinks, granite counters, WC and a bath/shower.
Bedroom 2 is a spacious king room decorated in neutral tones with a Smart TV, ceiling fan and an en suite with a shower.
Bedroom 4 is an attractive and colourful twin room with a Smart TV. Opposite is a family bathroom with a shower.
This beautiful home is walking distance (0.2 miles) to the resort’s fantastic clubhouse which includes an amazing resort-style swimming pool, loungers and seating areas, a kids’ pool, a gym, an arcade and games room with table tennis and pool table, a convenience store and coffee shop, 50-seat cinema with daily show times, tennis court and a kids’ play area.
The property includes a pack & play and highchair for babies. It has air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, free Wifi and a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. There is an allocated parking space in front of the home. Additional cars can park in any unnumbered spaces.

IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS:
1. The max. occupancy of the home is 10 guests plus 1 baby (under 2 years). This limit MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME and is strictly enforced due to the home insurance and fire regulations. Breaking this limit cancels the reservation, all guests must leave immediately, no refund of any remaining nights given.
2. Only Guests included on the reservation are authorized to be in the home. No external visits from friends or family are permitted, even if this is below the maximum occupancy, unless confirmed in advance with us.
3. Strictly no parties, events or gatherings. The Sheriff has powers to evict all guests from the home for breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights.
4. The homeowner does not accept young adult/student groups under the average age of 25.
5. No smoking, vaping or cannabis on the property including the pool deck.
6. No EV charging from the home supply.
7. Resort and community facilities associated with the home are owned and operated by the HOA, any limits or closures are beyond our control.
8. This is a quiet residential community. Please always keep noise at a considerate level, the HOA enforces quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Vrbo cancellation policy applies to all reservations with no exceptions. We strongly recommend that you take out trip insurance. We do not offer refunds for illness, weather, travel issues, bereavement etc, so please take out your own trip coverage.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
The home is self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 3 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with you/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.
POOL HEAT:
The pool can be heated and is an additional $35 plus tax per day for the minimum of 3 consecutive nights, please book pool heat in advance. If you book after your arrival, the pool takes around 24 hours to get to temperature and there is a $25 call out to come and switch it on for you.
Pool heat is set to 87 degrees (this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.
We cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.
Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heater will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat. By booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.
We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
GRILL HIRE
Due to insurance limitations, the home is not listed as having a grill. If you need a grill, please ask us for the details of a local company where you can book a grill online with them. If you do bring/hire a grill, we ask that it is used at the side of the home on the grass and not on the pool deck as the pool screens are a fire hazard.
