About this property

Beautifully remodeled and tastefully appointed three bedroom ski condo at the Canyons Village of Park City Mountain Resort. The location of the condo is prime being located in the Canyons Village of the largest ski resort in North America, Park City Mountain resort! The condo is very peaceful, quiet and private since it's positioned at the far edge of the Red Pine complex yet it is still less then a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute free shuttle ride to the ski lifts. It backs up to open space and has million dollar unobstructed views of the mountains, ski runs and 9990 peak.

The well stocked kitchen is great if you want to stay in for meals or you're close to multiple restaurants in all price points if you choose to go out. After a day of skiing you can relax on the leather sectional in front of the flat panel HDTV with DVD player or walk across the street to the on-site clubhouse, featuring indoor and outdoor hot tubs, dry sauna, and year round outdoor pool. Free WIFI is available as well as HD cable TV.

Our unit features an extra half bath right off the kitchen, which is an uncommon feature at Red Pine and is very convenient for groups. We also have a front loading washer and dryer in the unit, ski racks and closet space.

Our unit also features a master suite with an extremely comfortable king size pillow top mattress and cozy high end bedding. The en-suite master bathroom boasts contemporary stone, tile and quartz countertops providing a spa like feel. A large window with unobstructed views of the mountains greets you upon waking every morning.

Upstairs is the second bedroom with two queen beds, a third loft bedroom with a trundle bed, and another full bathroom. New and luxurious bedding and linens are in place throughout the upstairs and the same stone and quartz from the master bath are carried up as well. And of course there are unobstructed mountain views from the large upstairs window. Note: the loft bedroom with the trundle bed is open to the living room below (see photos).

Out on the sunny southeast facing deck you will find a newer gas grill (Summer use only), comfortable patio furniture and more million dollar views of the ski runs, mountains and open space!

If you choose to come for the Sundance Film Festival, the free Park City shuttle will take you right to all the venues.

Our condo is a perfect getaway for a group of up to 6 people. Smoking is prohibited inside our unit and on our outside deck. Sorry but Red Pine does not allow pets. We also do not allow companion, emotional support, or service animals in our unit due to allergy and medical reasons.

Pool/hot tub area is seasonally CLOSED from Labor day until Thanksgiving and from Mid April until Memorial day weekend.

Great Family Ski Condo

This Red Pine Condo was perfect for our family ski trip over the New Year holiday. We stayed with our 3 children ages 10, 7, and 4. The upstairs loft area was perfect for them, with the master on the main level a great fit for the adults. Check in was fast and easy, and we were even lucky enough that the condo was ready early as our flight arrived around lunch time. Rhonda was extremely responsive via text message both leading up to our trip, as well as helping with a few questions we had during our stay. And the bottle of Red Wine they left for us upon check in was a nice touch, especially since we arrived on a Sunday (no wine sales) :) The condo was spotlessly clean, and everything was in good working order as you would expect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, including pots and pans that appear to be quite new, cooking spray, foil, ziploc bags, coffee filters, spices, etc. Wifi was easy to tap into and provided fast internet - we brought our roku stick to stream our shows and had no issues with connectivity or download speed. Overall we would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again if given the opportunity! Thanks to Andy and Rhonda for providing such a great space to stay on our vacation!

Great Condo

We were 3 adults and stayed in this unit for the month of July. The condo was clean and location very convenient to all PC has to offer. The owners, Rhonda and Andy, were very helpful and had the unit in perfect condition for our month stay. I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant condo best for a family

This was a clean and well-supported condo not too far from the Canyons. You can take a free shuttle to the Gondola base with a simple request on a phone app. We rarely waited more than 5 minutes for the shuttle. The bus to Main Street was a short walk (maybe 10 minutes downhill) as well. The unit has a Master on the main floor. The second floor is more like a extended loft with a bedroom and second room each containing beds and a shared bathroom. There are no doors on the second floor. So, it's probably best for a family vice two couples. Communications with the owner were easy and check-in was a breeze. The T.V., Internet, and other amenities were all fully functional and simple to access. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends with kids/families.

Fantastic Time in The Canyons

The property was very comfortable and clean! Plenty of space to chill out after a long day of skiing. The resort offers shuttles everywhere. The hot tubs and pool and sauna are very close. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and condiments. There were spices and salt and sugar and we left some more. Andy and Rhonda had everything we needed right there. They communicated well with us and made sure we had no questions. I would highly recommend this property!

Condo size

This is a great condo, but I wouldn’t call it a 3 bedroom. The 3rd BR is a very teeny, tiny loft overlooking the living area. It would be OK for a child, but not a 3rd couple.

Weekend Getaway

We had a mini family reunion over Labor Day weekend, 6 people and 3 generations. The accommodations were comfortable, beautiful, and well stocked for our family. The club house and pool were very close. It was a lovely, restful place to spend time together.

Wonderful Park City Condo!

This is a great condo for a couple or a family. Lovely living room and kitchen, clean and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and have high quality linen. 2 full baths and powder room all nicely decorated. Nice outdoor patio with mountain views. Responsive owners if needed. We look forward to renting here again.

Super clean, great amenities

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed! This property is very updated with nice finishes. The owners provided great amenities like shampoo and conditioner , q-tips, granola bars and even a bottle of wine! The kitchen was well stocked for anything we wanted to make. This place has several pools and is conveniently located. The only caution I would bring up is the 2 bedrooms upstairs are not very private. It’s great for a bunch of kids or parents and kids. It does have 2 queens in the one room and and single plus a trundle in the other so LOTs of places to sleep. The master bedroom on the main level is nice sized with s dresser, closet and master bath. The furniture was very comfy. I would stay here again!

As advertised, and just right for a group of 4

The unit was just as expected. It was clean and well stocked. It was cozy, but comfortable for our group of four, but would certainly work for larger groups. The location is super convenient if you’re looking for a place to stay, but don’t want to pay the prices of a ski in/ski out. The owners were quick to respond to any questions, and were very helpful. If we ever return to Park City to ski, we will definitely consider staying here again.

We have been to Park City and Deer Valley several times, but our first to the Canyons. It was a wonderful place to spend New Years. We had a great view of the fireworks from the parking lot!

Great condo, nice location.

The condo is just as advertised - clean and well appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need. The beds were comfy, and the place was clean and beautifully decorated. The views were beautiful as well! It was great to come here after a day of skiing. The easy access to the clubhouse with pool and jacuzzi was a bonus, as was the easy walk to the Cabriolet lift.

Fantastic condo all around with great owners!

My wife and I and 4 kids (22, 20, 15, 12) stayed in Rhonda and Andy’s condo. The condo is perfectly quant, very well decorated, comfortable and cozy, stocked with everything we needed for our stay, in a great location with great views and a short walk to the cabriolet for mountain access. Andy was a great communicator and couldn’t have made the experience any better! This was our first trip to Park City, we loved every minute of it and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic condo, Great location, perfect for our family of 5!!

We decided to do a ski trip for Christmas and was fortunate to find this condo. It was nicely decorated, clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all you need. We cooked big breakfast before hitting the slopes and dinner a couple of nights. Perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 adult sons in their 20’s. They Loved it as much as we did. There were board games we played in the evenings and the clubhouse being right across the street made it convenient to go to the hot tub and all season pool at night. Owner communication was excellent. The only minor issue was the walk to the cabriolet was a bit longer and hard in ski boots so we just did drop off at the base. The snowboarders in our group had no issues walking. We absolutely loved this condo, complex and mountain. The quietness of Canyon village compared to Park City village was perfect for us. A lot to do without the crowds. Will definitely come back and stay here. PERFECT.

Wonderful condo with excellent view of mountain

This condo is super clean and well cared for. The furnishings are quite comfortable and sleeping areas large with very nice beds and linens. Bathrooms fully stocked with quality towels and extras like shampoo and body wash. Kitchen is more than adequate and contained condiments for cooking. We were welcomed with fresh coffee and a bottle of wine! You won’t regret this stay and the owners are accessible via phone or email for questions. We had a wonderful stay!

We relocated from Michigan 22 and 28 years ago to this wonderful state and all it has to offer. World class skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping and rock climbing are just a few of the endless outdoor activities that are in the neighborhood, or just a few hours drive.

Why they chose this property

Living in Salt Lake, we find ourselves in Park City every weekend in the summer, to enjoy the hundreds of miles of mountain biking trails. The gorgeous ski resorts with world class skiing is also one of our favorite activities. We could not think of a better place to buy a second home and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. We love our condo and all that it has to offer, as well as the endless activities within minutes from our door. The quiet location and the view from the private balcony are breathtaking!

What makes this property unique

Rhonda is an interior designer and artist, and Andy is highly skilled at home remodeling. Together we make a great team. We are passionate about hospitality and design, and enjoy creating beautiful spaces for our guests, that feel like home!
