Villa Talassa with FREE 4x4 CAR, optional Jacuzzi and HEATED POOL near Coral Bay

Villa Talassa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac next to a protected are with trees. It is only 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay with its sandy beach and 1 km from the old hillside village of Peyia.

Our base price is set to 2 people, giving smaller groups the best possible price.

HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS:

🌟Poolside solar shower with a large rain showerhead provides perfect refreshment after your swim
🌟Mosquito nets on both balcony doors and the window in the third bedroom and the downstairs patio door let in fresh air at night (if you don't like to use aircon)

The villa is spacious and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge with air-conditioning, an elegantly appointed dining area (seats six) and fully-equipped modern kitchen. French doors in the dining and living rooms lead respectively to the patio (sunbeds) and to the furnished terrace (table and chairs) overlooking the swimming pool.

Marble staircase leads to upstairs rooms, which are fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony, as well as en suite shower and toilet, and the second bedroom has two single beds (placed together) and balcony. Both balconies are accessed by French doors, which have mosquito nets. The third bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and aircon. There is a spacious family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet upstairs. There is also a downstairs toilet. There is parking space at the villa and free parking for another car outside.

A Toyota RAV 4 manual diesel 4 x 4 car is included in price for eligible drivers 25 - 75 years old. It is insured for drivers over 25 and under 75. This is not a substitute for a hire car as may be provided by Hertz/Avis etc, but reliable and comfortable 5 seater which is ideal for trips to the beach, shopping as well as into Paphos and surrounding areas, including Polis and Latchi, to see the many tourist attractions. But the guests have no obligations to use the car, and for visiting arears outside Paphos region, we advise to get rental car.

For your convenience we can book a taxi a for your arrival with a driver who knows the villa.

A lovely relaxed winter break

The villa was just as described and fully prepared for our arrival. It had everything we wanted or needed, clean, spacious and well maintained. The location, garden and pool were the main attractions for us and it did not disappoint. The property is 5mins by car to nearest beach (Coral Bay beach), which was not at all crowded and offered decent bar snacks, etc. We know Cyprus pretty well, so weren't looking for sight seeing, rather we wanted close proximity to beaches, a quiet neighborhood and a large pool. We had all of this and more, the garden being very private , with lovely flowering trees and plants. Perfect for relaxing in the sun. I noticea orevious review marked the villa down for being toi shaded around the pool? We didn’t find this, as the pool offered full sun on one side for 7-8hrs a day and nice shade on the other side. Perfect! Host Tanya and housekeeper, Svetlana, were both immediately contactable whenever needed, very pleasant to work with and made our stay hassle free. Thanks for a great break and we'd be sure to stay again when we next visit Cyprus.

Very Enjoyable

A fantastic place to have a real break of a holiday. The villa was well appointed with pleanty utensils/plates and cups to make the our start straight away. In the fridge was some milk butter and bread to get us started. All of the rooms were.of a great size with comfortable beds. The pool was lovely to dip into apart from the ants that took a liking to the rest if the family. The hit tub was nice to relax into. But the star of the show was the rav 4 totally lovely drive. Complete with sun shield, and air-conditioning and cypriot plates to keep the tourists away. A bit of a walk to the restaurants but as life is chilled who cares how long it takes and there is always a cool beer waiting. Tanya was a dream host easily contactable and made the checkin and collection from the airport so easy. Totally recommend this villa

Top gepflegte Villa in ruhiger Lage

Hier passt alles: Villa ist sehr gepflegt und liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Toller, nicht einsehbarer Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ausreichend großer Pool und als Highlight die Hot Tub - wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

We arrived to find the villa very clean and exactly as described the pool is the perfect temperature and nice and private and the hot tub is an added bonus that we made use of . The location of the villa is no more than a gentle 5 minute drive from the centre of Coral bay and i became very attached to the Rav4 that comes with the villa ( Essential) . Tanya is very easy to contact and answers any queries quickly . All in all we had a great holiday and will be back .

Amazing Villa

Beautiful villa. Spacious, clean with all you could need. The swimming pool and hot tub superb. Great location for Paphos,coral bay and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. The owner answered queries promptly and was really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this villa.

An excellent villa for a family holiday ,spacious and the layout flows well, very clean inside and out has everything you need for family living ,excellent pool and gardens with a hot tub ,and the use of a vehicle made life so easy for the beach,supermarket and shops,and restaurants in the evening ,correspondence with the owner is excellent with replys almost immediately ,the forwarding information has everything you need with all the instructions and contact numbers (if required) to make your holiday smooth and enjoyable would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday I just couldn't find fault .

A lovely family holiday

We loved Villa Talassa in Cyprus for our family holiday with our 2 grown up daughters. A lovely, clean, spacious house, air conditioning, good location, beautiful well maintained pool in a back garden shaded by glorious bougainvillea, plenty of bed linen, towels etc. Well equipped kitchen, Tatiana is a friendly, helpful owner & we had great support from the owner & her family when we had car problems. Fabulous stay

Definitely would book again. Villa has all that you need and more. If we had to find one criticism it would be that some updated garden furniture would be welcomed but not essential. The local bar/grill - Savas Grill, is lovely and staff are very friendly and definitely in walking distance. Enjoy!!!

Excellent villa made a good holiday

This was a family holiday , 5 of us (3 children 14,13,8) the villa was spacious and well equipped. The pool area was beautifully kept and landscaped which made it a very private and tranquil place to be. Everything you needed was in the kitchen . The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms easy to keep cool. Two of the bedrooms have private balconies which were lovely. information sent with the villa was very helpful and thorough, we had no problem finding it or accessing the keys. The car was brilliant, so helpful for local runs to the supermarket, such a bonus to the villa. The management were very easy to contact and very helpful. I would highly recommend this villa and we definitely hope to return.

Villa Talassa in Pegeia (Peyia)

Sehr schöne Villa, alles top! Sehr nette Vermieter, zuverlässige und schnelle Kommunikation. Und sogar ein kostenloses Auto dabei das man abert auch braucht weil nicht direkt am Meer oder in Strandnähe. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt nichts Negatives, außer daß die Hauptsicherung 1-2x täglich ausgefallen ist - aber das liegt an dem in dieser Region im Sommer wohl total überlasteten Stromnetz. Wir werden wiedre kommen.

Villa idéale pour de belles vacances au soleil

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances du 6 au 30 juillet en famille dans cette belle villa. La description est tout à fait conforme .La piscine et grande et très appréciée avec la chaleur de Chypre.L’endroit est calme et tranquille, il n’y a aucun vis à vis .Les fleurs tout autour du jardin embellissent l’ensemble.La terrasse abritée apporte un peu de fraîcheur et permet de se reposer. La voiture est indispensable pour visiter l’ile et c’est un plus dans la location. Nos jeunes de 20 et 14 ans ont appréciés autant que nous ce séjour et la découvertes d’endroits superbes plages où montagne , Nous recommandons sans problèmes cette location .

Stayed for 9 days at this villa,didn't want to leave. Four of us stayed and were very pleased with the villa overall. Clean with nice comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.T.V good for English channels .Lovely pool,very clean,thanks to Sergey the pool man.Many thanks to Tanya for letting us stay longer on our leaving day.Would recommend to family and friends.

Well thought out space to live, relax and enjoy

From our first contact and booking we felt this property represented very good value. Owners were always quick to answer questions and gave clear instructions that made for easy settling in. The house is spacious and the outdoor spaces within the lovely garden are great. We chose recommended airport pick up and George was very easy to communicate with. Excellent service. The house was bigger than we expected and contains everything needed for a relaxing holiday. We even spit roasted our Christmas Day meat on the BBQ. We enjoyed the car and it handles the winding roads well. We didn't take it over rough roads or beach but it would probably cope with those too. Recommend Eko car wash for shiny return at the end. The area is good for sightseeing, choice of eating places, beaches and the beautiful natural wild peninsula. We were sad to leave. The hot tub was an extra luxury well worth having especially on cooler winter evenings under clear skies. Winter sundown dramatically changes the temperature so we would take slippers and extra woolly next time but the heated aircon worked fine to keep us comfy. Derrick and Tanya have thought of excellent easy to work additions to make the house comfy home from home, like timer switches and netted doors. It is easy to live here and we slept more hours each night than anywhere ever before! Nice! Enjoy.

Delightful Spacious Villa

My wife and I booked the property for 35 days. Our first time of using ‘Home and Away’, and we were not disappointed. Our particular requirements were for a spacious villa in the area of Coral Bay, due to the time of year a hut-tub although not essential, was a welcome addition. We also had the use of a 4 x 4 car which was in my view essential and therefore a very welcome bonus for us. Booking was seamless and easy. The detached Villa is located at the end of a short ‘cul-de-sac’ in a mainly quiet area of Peyia. Spacious accommodation with an en-suite to the master bedroom. TV but, only BBC World News in English. Decent sized kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Outside offers a secluded garden with large private swimming pool and Hot-Tub. ‘Sergey’ tended to the pool and tub every other day and also provided clean bed sheets each week, and was swift to attend when we needed some replacement light bulbs! Only one minor issue, the trees and garden shrubs could do to be cut back to give a greater area of sunshine, as we were in shadow after midday. Overall an excellent property and location for both short or long term occupancy. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!
