Luxury awaits for you in the HUGE penthouse with breathtaking views. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. Penthouse unit with no interior steps. Unit occupies the entire 3rd floor and gives a tremendous amount of privacy. Walk out the front door to the sand, enjoy all the fun that Mission Beach has to offer. Unit includes PRIVATE GROUND FLOOR PATIO Located conveniently within 15 minutes to the San Diego International Airport, Old Town, Downtown Gaslamp District, Petco Park, Convention Center, Sea World, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Qualcomm Stadium and many more local attractions. You can even stroll four blocks south to Belmont Park with it's historic roller coaster, shops and restaurants!

This large 1900 square foot three-bedroom non-smoking condo is the ideal vacation retreat, located on Ocean Front Walk, San Luis Obispo is the cross street. Easy boardwalk access and Ocean Front location. Quality furnishings adorn this home. Sleep on high end name brand mattress' and relax by the fire with top grain leather seating. Large dining table and 6 chairs for gathering and games. Kitchen bar also has additional seating. The master has a king bed, with a private ocean view balcony and full on suite bathroom with double vanity, jetted stub, large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed, there is an additional queen blow up mattress that can be used in the living room. 10 people can sleep comfortably, all the bedrooms have cable TV's and fans. Your vacation home also features free wireless internet service. We have beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, surf boards, long boards, and razor scooters for your fun day at the beach!

Perfect for entertaining with a large kitchen, dining area, and a large living room complete with flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances. The magnificent balcony with a bar and chairs is a fun area to eat, drink, and enjoy the people watching as the sun sets below the Pacific Ocean. Many tourists and locals travel up and down the paved walkway which runs for miles; it is a great spot to walk, jog, roller blade, or bike.

There is a washer and dryer for your use in the laundry room. This unit also has 2 separate private garages. Just bring your bathing suits and sunscreen, everything else you need is waiting for you here at this perfect ocean front home.

The summary says it all. Every aspect of this property was remarkable. Location, View, Cleanliness and comfort were top notch. Easy and responsive communication with owner as well as property manager. This is the most well stocked and labeled property we have ever stayed at. Would have given 10 stars if they were available. You will not find a better vacation rental on Mission Beach for this reasonable price. Book it today!! Cheers!

A Great Time Had By All
Great location and layout, fully stocked everything, including spices. And what a magnificent view. I can’t say enough about the view and ocean breeze. There were a couple of overcast days, but we used the time to enjoy the world renowned San Diego Zoo, which is inland and sunny. There’s only one suggestion. You might consider highlighting the elevator in the listing and explain how to access it in the instructions. Because we didn’t see any mention in the listing or text portion of the access instructions and totally overlooked the elevator in the diagram, we carried all our luggage and coolers up the stairs. Good exercise for everyone after sitting in a car for six hours, but we could have gotten to the beach or our beverages a little quicker had we used the elevator. Not a biggie, but not knowing about the elevator might deter potential renters that are not up to climbing stairs up to the third level.

My friends and I loved staying at Amanda’s property! The view was top notch and we enjoyed being so close to everything mission beach has to offer. There were enough room for a group of 10 and we didn’t feel squished at all. Will definitely rent this place out again when I’m back in SD with this many people!

Mission Accomplished
My family and I had a fantastic stay at Mission beach this year. The property was exactly as described. The elevator was a blessing for my mother who cannot use the stairs, that was a definite plus. Place was totally roomy to accommodate 9 of us very very comfortably. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about staying here. Family and I would like to come back next year, if it's available.

Best beach house/location!
You can't beat this place. Fully loaded with any beach toys you would want. Comfortable beds, the extra twin mattress pads are a bonus for extra sleeping spots. Waking up to the sound of the ocean is the best. This has become our go to beach house rental every summer. Close proximity to walk to Belmont park but far enough away to not have the congestion of people. Having the Bay just a couple streets away is fun too!

This house was great! It was in the perfect location. It was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, sheets, and extra floor pads for guests to sleep on. If you have 8 people, I would bring a couple of extra bathroom towels.

Great location
This property is a great location, right on the beach. The house is located on the 3rd floor (top) of the condo. We appreciate that the house came with beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The only thing that renters should keep in mind is that the garage space is small and so parking is not for the faint of heart! We managed though, with out Yukon and sedan.

We absolutely loved our stay at this unit! The condo has anything you could wish for from boogie boards to bikes of all sizes. The beds were super comfortable. The location is perfect. The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. Check in was super easy. We loved the week we had here at Mission Beach. This beach house has everything you could possibly need.
