Welcome to our slice of Isle of Palms Paradise!
Our property boasts a rare 180 degree view of the Intracoastal Waterway right from the living room and kitchen area. With a reversed floor plan (four of five bedrooms on the second floor and the open living space and fifth bedroom on the third floor) and a quick 2.5 blocks from a great beach access, this house is perfect for entertaining and enjoying all that Isle of Palms has to offer.
*The rate includes a daily set-up of two chairs and one umbrella to the beach access of your choice.
THE HOUSE:
Outdoor Living Spaces-
The best parts about the house are the breathtaking views and ample furnished outdoor living spaces. There are a total of 4 decks to kick back and relax on. The front open-air porch is a great spot to have a sundowner and watch the sky dissolve into night. The huge back screened-in deck on the third floor (right outside of the kitchen) is the perfect place to gather around to grill and dine while the palms rustle in the breeze. The large deck off of the two downstairs bedrooms is a great morning spot for coffee and planning the day. To top it off, there is a large rooftop deck where you can take in the panorama from Intracoastal Waterway views to Charleston's Ravanel Bridge to some Atlantic Ocean "peaks". There is no better place to see fireworks than on this deck.
The Living and Kitchen Area:
The third floor open floor plan living space of this house makes it a great place to entertain and hang out. The living room has huge picture windows that display stunning dock-sprinkled water views where, on most days, you can catch dolphins feeding in the oyster beds right from the couch. The kitchen (which shares the same view) is fit for a chef with a 4-burner gas range, Sub-zero refrigerator, three sinks, including a separate wet bar.
The Bedrooms-
The house offers four large ensuite bedrooms and one single bedroom (not ensuite). Each room is uniquely decorated and has its own personality. The three "Masters" have private access to one of the decks and the other two boast fantastic water-views. There are a total of four private full bathrooms and one half for communal use.
Bedroom #1: (2nd floor)
This is the largest bedroom and has a luxurious king bed, new hardwood floors and a flatscreen TV. There is direct access to the furnished porch overlooking the pool. The ensuite bathroom has a double glass shower and is airy and bright.
Bedroom #2: (2nd floor)
This room has a comfortable queen bed and direct access to the porch overlooking the pool and new hardwood floors. There is a full ensuite bathroom, nice closet and flatscreen television.
Bedroom #3: (3nd floor)
This room has a comfortable queen bed and direct access to the deck off of the kitchen. There is a full ensuite bathroom, nice closet and flatscreen television.
Bedroom #4: (2nd floor)
This room has great queen bunk beds and new hardwood floors. The room has amazing views of the Intercoastal Waterway, a nice closet and a full ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #5: (2nd floor)
This room is small with a twin bed and great views of the Intracoastal Waterway. This is the only room that does not have a private bathroom.
The private pool and yard:
The green fenced-in yard surrounds a 12'x24' in-ground glistening pool. It's a sanctuary of its own. There are various pool toys for guests' use.
There is an outdoor shower for easy clean-off after a day out playing.
The location:
Located in Isle of Palms, SC, with an 180 degree view of the Intracoastal Waterway, this beautiful home is an ideal vacation spot. The fifth block of Isle of Palms boasts walking distance to downtown Front Beach Isle of Palms with restaurants, beach shops, a spa and a new grocery store nearby. The home is 2.5 blocks away from the beach accesses that are far enough away from the mid-island crowd. Being on the south side of the island is ideal because you can easily bike to Sullivan's Island and you're only a short drive to historic downtown Charleston.
