Fabulous Ocean Front Estate Home! Located right on the ocean, with steps to the beach just three doors down at Stone Steps Beach. This includes a huge jacuzzi for about ten, our own four hole putting green, outdoor granite dining room, outdoor living room with sectional and grill. The entire west wall opens to the outside from the sumptuous great room inside.

Inside this home features teak and limestone floors, a gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, sumptuously furnished with unique exotic wood accent pieces, a high end audio/visual system with huge TV's in every bedroom and surround sound.

A wet bar, game table and lounge bench are next to the living room. Indoor/outdoor speakers with Sonos system are available throughout the house.

The master suite features a fireplace, balcony, and master bath with Japanese jetted soaking tub and huge shower. Each guest room is beautifully appointed, two with their own balconies.

This home offers contemporary elegance with every amenity. Four bed three anda half baths. . This is the perfect home for your next vacation!

Beautiful View
House has a gorgeous location and great backyard. We stayed with a large group and had a great week. The internet was spotty and the third floor was very hot and needs AC. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beach.

A gorgeous home with beautiful views
We loved it...it was spacious, clean and had gorgeous view. The location was central. Beach access just a few blocks away but plan to drive to the beach and drop off your things. Encinitas is hilly!! Would stay again.

Spectacular!
Our large family stayed here for Thanksgiving week and it surpassed our high expectations. Great layout, amazing location and view, close to Stone Steps/access to beach, walkable to shops. “Holiday oasis”
Unbelievable home with breathtaking ocean views. Everything we needed to celebrate the holidays with family. Farmers market for fresh fruit, blue fin tuna, then off to Seaside market for “Cardiff Crack” beef burgundy perfect on the grill for our seaside Christmas dinner. Ample towels, comfy blankets and plenty of pillows. Hot tub was perfect when the sun went down. Cathy was attentive and proactive. Easy process all the way around. This house will not disappoint.

Perfect vacation
I brought my family to this wonderful home for a week. It was the best vacation we have had. There was something to do for all ages. The view was incredible, the house was perfect. Plenty of beds for all. We lived outside. The backyard was perfect to be in all day and up until bedtime. There is a huge hot tub. The master bedroom is wonderful, it has a heavenly ocean breeze, and has a large bathroom and closet. Sitting on the balcony or backyard you can watch the surfers and the dolphins all day and then you get treated to the most beautiful sunsets. The beach is great and the stairs are very close. There are many great restaurants close by and the horse races were going during out trip. Thank you Cathy, not one of us wanted to leave.

Great property and location
Cathy was a wonderful to work with and helpful. Called with questions after arrival and she was quick to respond. Home was perfect for young kids. Wife wanted a pool but hot tub was perfect for 2-6 year olds to swim and enjoy. View was world class and steps few doors down were easy to navigate for everyone.
