This apartment is located on the first floor of a six unit Victorian style apartment house. The house is a classic Victorian built in the 1890s, which has been remodeled from top to bottom. Located on a tree lined street with wide sidewalks, this house is close enough to walk downtown, but on a quiet neighborhood street. The house has a large front porch that is shared by all guests, and a nice fenced back yard, with grass and a patio with furniture. There is paid off street parking available and also free parking on the street. The house is located in Uptown, City Park West, less than a mile to Downtown.

My house has been in my family for over 50 year. It was originally passed down from my Grandfather. The house is located in the Best Denver location. The house is on a quiet tree lined street with Seven eateries within a block. It is in the middle and walkable to most Denver attractions. No car needed!
