Welcome to Swan Bay Cabins, nestled in the foothills of Buchanan, TN and encircled by natural beauty and an abundance of wildlife. Our brand-new cabins make a perfect getaway for any occasion. When you rent one of our charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabins, you will appreciate their rustic “all-wood” construction and clean, welcoming design. Each cozy cabin is furnished with all the amenities you will need to relax including TV, full kitchen, heating and air conditioning and a spacious shower. Swan Bay Cabins is the perfect place to enjoy nature in their beautiful, woodsy setting. Want to include your furry friend during your stay? Bring them along as our cabins are pet-friendly.


Swan Bay Cabins are conveniently located 1.8 miles from Paris Landing Marina, in fact; we are one of the closest cabin rentals to Paris Landing Marina and just minutes away from Kentucky Lake. We have plenty of boat parking too.

A little piece of heaven

The cabin is nestled back in a peaceful circle of cabins with a cute chairs for front porch sitting. Outside you'll find a gazebo with string lights next to the rock circled fire pit and grill. Perfect weekend retreat to slow life down a bit. We will be back! Excellent hosts.

Cozy and close

The wife and I got a wild hair and decided to make a quick get away after all of our Christmas festivities. Swan Bay was the perfect present to the both of us. We will be back for sure.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Ken the owner took time to come and check in on us to make sure everything was perfect and accommodating. The campground was private and quiet during our stay. We would definitely stay there again when visiting that area.

Fishing tournament

We had a great time at Swan Bay in the lottle cabins. It was perfect for us. No issues and perfect with plenty of parking for boats. We will definitely be back!

Cozy cool cabin in the woods

Wonderful little cabin. Clean and cozy for us and our 2 large senior dogs. The cool air conditioning felt great after a long hot day in this Tennessee summer humidity. Drive from Michigan for a family reunion. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Enjoyable

I stayed for 3 nts with my puppy. Ken was friendly and a great communicator. I will stay in one of his cabin anytime before i stay in any hotel/motel or holiday Inn around there. It would be great for a couple, couple with a couple small kids or just for a single as i did.

Great cabins and a very nice stay

I rented a pet friendly cabin for just over a month while I was looking for a permanent residence. Ken & Kristen were very helpful and attentive to my needs during my stay. It was hard enough moving to another state with two small dogs and the cabin was perfect with all the amenities of home. Good location, very peaceful and serene. I would recommend you give Swan Bay Cabins a try at your next vacation or get away.

Great getaway near Land Between the Lakes

We loved this little cabin! The kitchen was so convenient and it had an ample bedroom and bathroom (stand up shower). Our pets loved the space as well. The owner, Ken, checked in on us near the end of the stay and was very friendly—even apologized for not having paper towels in the cabin, which we hadn’t even noticed! They have big plans for the property and we look forward to staying again.

Nice little cabin

Nice camp site. The cabin was super clean and cute. All the amenities you would need. If I had one criticism, it would be the bed. Not very comfortable and the pillows we very flat. Normally I bring my own but not this time. Had that been different I would have given 5 stars overall.
