Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines schönen historischen Gebäudes. Die Lage ist top, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Karlsbrücke, Straßenbahn vor der Tür, man kommt ganz einfach überall hin. Da die Wohnung nach hinten geht, hört man überhaupt keinen Straßenlärm. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Es gibt eine geräumige Küche mit allen Geräten, sogar Geschirrspülmaschine. Im Schlafzimmer ist eine Zwischendecke eingezogen, oben steht ein Sofa. Das finde ich ungünstig, da man hier nicht so bequem einen Abend zu zweit mit Spielen o.ä. genießen kann. Im Raum gibt es einen sehr schönen Erker mit Buntglasfenster. Da würde das Sofa wunderbar hineinpassen mit einem Couchtisch davor. Die Wohnung war leider nur oberflächlich gereinigt, etwas Staub, Lichtschalter nicht so sauber, nicht dramatisch aber deutlich zu sehen. Manches Geschirr war aber leider schmutzig (Kaffeeränder in den Tassen). Das muss eigentlich nicht sein, da es ja sogar eine Geschirrspülmaschine gibt. Wir haben die Teller und Tassen, die wir zum Frühstück brauchten, in die Maschine gepackt und abwaschen lassen und hatten so für alle Tage sauberes Geschirr. War kein großer Aufwand, aber es hätte einen besseren Eindruck gemacht, wenn das erledigt gewesen wäre. Kochen wollten wir hier nicht. Für unseren 5-Tage-Städtetrip war die Wohnung vor allem wegen der Lage top und wir würden immer wiederkommen. Wenn dann auch noch alles ganz sauber wäre und das Sofa unten stünde, würde ich auch 5 Sterne vergeben.
