Welcome to the nicest, most luxurious condo Tidewater Beach Resort has to offer. Our luxury condo not only boasts the largest 2 bedroom floor plan found in Panama City Beach, but you will also appreciate the many other decor upgrades that no other Tidewater condo has.

Not only is the kitchen and all cabinetry custom and unique to this condo, the matching Samsung stainless appliances, induction stove, custom thick granite surfaces, and tile backsplash make this kitchen truly one of a kind. All furnishings are extremely high-end, gorgeous slate tile throughout, an enormous amount of square footage, and the master bathroom is the only one of its kind in the whole resort. The master bath was completely reimagined by one of the original developers of the resort and features a very large stand-up shower in place of the large garden tub usually found in this floor plan. The oversized shower features gorgeous custom tile work, a seat, and THREE shower heads including a wand sprayer, rain shower head, and traditional wall head. All fixtures, cabinetry, and countertops are extremely high-end, custom, and unique to ONLY this condo! Additionally, the balcony is the only one in the entire resort that features tile installed by the original developer for personal use - easy to keep clean, easy on the feet, and beautiful!

PCB spring break

We really enjoyed our stay! The kids are already asking to come back next year! We loved the convenience of the little store by the pool and ice cream. Of course the beach access was amazing! The condo itself was the perfect size and the amenities suited our family and made our vacation relaxing and comfortable. Thank you for a great time!

Definitely need to bring toilet paper, one of the hot tubs were cold, someone above or next to us was smoking and our room and cloths stunk but the condo was peaceful and pretty - the furniture makes it feel like home

Beautiful condo

The condo was gorgeous. And that view was stunning. We were there during the hurricane warning and spent a day inside watching movies and it was comfortable and cozy. Would definitely stay there again. Unlike others we had little wait for the elevators.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean with the exception of the air vent and door facings. There was a lot of dust and debris in the vent and the front door had been pushed open without unlocking the deadbolt thereby breaking the wood holding the deadbolt. Otherwise, the condo was great. The elevator situation should be remedied. There is a long wait for the elevator and when it does arrive it is crowded. I think staying on the 24th floor helped because there was usually room in the elevator by the time it reached the 24th floor and has stopped on several floors before it reached us. But, by the time we reached the 2nd or ground floor, the elevator was packed and there’s no air circulating.

Difficult to rate but no more than a 1

Lots of small things add up to be bad. The many paged legalize that you have to sign in essence stating all the extra charges they can levy against the renter and they are not responsible for anything. I dislike and distrust high-handed companies. The carts that they have for guests to take up to the rooms do not fit through the doorways so when it was raining, I had to leave all my luggage out in the rain while I tried to find something to prop open the door and then carry one item in at a time. Three of the elevators where broken when we arrived and the couple that did work took forever to arrive - they do warn you though that in busy times, it can take up to an hour to get an elevator. For three of the seven days that we were there, the unit just above us was replacing their tile floors so for 8 hours each day we had to listen to a hammer-drill pounding in our ears (the last night, they didn't quit until 9 in the evening.) The unit had no curtains on the glass door - the glare was terrible. No door handles on any of the cabinets - difficult to open. No instructions on how to operate the TV's, stove, AC., shower. I had to watch YouTube videos on my phone trying to figure it out. I never was able to control the AC. Lighting is so dim that I wasn't able to read anything after dark.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, staff at the resort was not friendly or very helpful. However, we were impressed overall with the rental. It wasn't cleaned very well, chips on the couch, sand on the floor but again, overall we were satisfied with the condition. We cleaned the entire condo on Sunday morning and began to do what we went to do....relax. Our biggest complaint other than rude employees was the crazy wait times to get an elevator.

Only downside was when you want to go out on the balcony.. to many people are smoking this or that... makes it very unpleasant for those of us that don’t want to smell their cigarettes.

Great Place to Stay in PCB

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this place because it had two king beds, plenty of sitting space in the den, and a short-top dining table. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was very easy. The view was great. It was close to the elevator which was convenient. I also went down to use the jacuzzi, and steam/sauna area and I was very happy with it. The only issues we had was the bracelets they required you to wear around the property were very tight and cut off my circulation, the water did not drain well in the shower, and they did not have good instructions for the induction stove...which we had never seen. But this did not significantly detract from our time. We would rent this place again.

Just as described. Lots of room, beds were comfortable and the view was to die for. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it! Looking at planning the next trip!The only issue we had the whole time was that the dead bolt inside did not lock. And I did not call Blue Swell as we were gone most of the time with family living in the area. The Tidewater staff was great! Very helpful with any questions and friendly.

Beautiful property

This condo was beautiful, clean, great view. The amenities were plenty great beach access. It had me wanted to buy the place. The only downfalls were wait times for elevators, pool closing at 10pm I mean we are vacation tons of people wanted to swim later, and the hot tub chemicals were too harsh.

Great First Trip!

This property fit our needs perfectly! We went as a family of 4, and took our friends (family of 3). The teens slept on air mattresses, with no complaints. The location is perfect, with direct access to the white sandy beaches, and Pier Park is within walking distance. Would recommend, and will definitely stay again!

Frustrating

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not only was Tidewater a disappointment (only 1 pool open for 550 units, no where near enough elevators for size (wait 5- 15 minutes for an elevator to room on 24th floor), but the overall resort was so very worn, especially for only being 14 years old (doors into condos were peeling and needed painted as an example). Condo was disappointing as dead bolt to front door broken, 2nd bathroom lock broken so door couldn't open, people in other units clearly didn't adhere to the no smoking policy (cigarettes, cigars and pot), zero knobs on any drawers or cabinets in entire unit. Management did come and replace the broken doorknob. Great location to Pier Park without being on top of the busyness of it all.
