Our townhouse is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, pet friendly townhouse set in an excellent location. It is located close to the hustle and bustle of Brighton’s iconic Bay St and some of Brighton’s best loved café’s, restaurants and bars.

Disappointing
The property was in a good location, has a good layout for six adults, and clearly has potential to be a great vacation rental. However, we found the property lacked cleanliness and the amenities were substandard with unclean eating utensils; crockery with stuck on food; food debris in the flatware drawer; insufficient silverware for a party of six; in‌sufficient clothes hangers that were broken or of low quality (had to buy hangers for our clothing); ironing board was present but iron could not be found; containers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty in en-suite shower (had to buy toiletries); no toilet tissue or kitchen towels were supplied (had to buy toilet tissue, kitchen towels and sponges); used worn-out disposable slippers were found in the closet; pillows in bedrooms were past their wear date and need to be replaced given the odor ( could not use the pillows!). We emailed the owner/manager about our concerns but received no response. We travelled a great distance from the UK and the US but would not have rented this property, had we been aware of the conditions stated above. We suggest VRBO remove this property from its site until owner corrects these deficiencies.

Brighton Christmas Stay
Well appointed, convenient location. Needed a thorough clean and some details(soap in showers and bin liners, pegs etc) needed attention. A good place for a family holiday.

The property and the location were awesome!!
The Owner was great in supporting us with any questions and the home and location was perfect for our needs. We stayed for a week and had 6 family members of mixed age staying comfortably.. and a small dog. We were literally only a few minutes walk to the train and a nice morning walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed having the convenience of the shops, cafe's post office, chemist etc all within a few minutes walk as well. Thankyou!!
