THIS COMPLETELY FURNISHED VIEW HOME IS CLASSY, SERENE, PRIVATE, AND SECLUDED. If you are not familiar with North Coastal San Diego County, this home is conveniently located two miles from the Carlsbad and Oceanside beach, the Oceanside harbor, shopping malls, restaurants and mass transit, the Amtrak and Coaster trains. The Sprinter train is just two blocks away.
While being close to all the activities the city has to offer, this home is on the top of the hill, so all you hear is nature, birds, and an endless view without the distraction of street noise or cars.

This great room has two picture windows and a expansive 10-foot sliding glass door leading into the south/west facing patio with an unobstructed, back-country view.
In the living room, facing the view, is a teak desk for using your computer. It is equipped with leather swivel office chairs, a wireless modem, laser B&W printer/scanner, office supplies and 4K television.
THE MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
Although there is no central air conditioning, each bedroom (and living room) has a portable air conditioner. The bedroom window faces the front of the home. The master is spacious; measuring 15 by 15 feet. The room is large and holds a California King Tempurpedic- type bed, two nightstands, and a cherry wood dresser. It contains a wall-to-wall 14-foot mirrored closet that is double hung and room for his and her clothes and shoe racks. This master features, high end Samsung LED 4K TV featuring all the internet apps; Netflix, Hulu Plus, and Sling TV.
This master is adjacent to the sitting/vanity/bath area with a private tub and toilet area which is curtained off. The Toto toilet is ADA certified. Both bathrooms feature handicap bars next to the toilet and in the showers.
THE KITCHEN
Featuring cherry wood floors, the kitchen has an unobstructed backcountry view and is separate from the dining room. The kitchen includes an excellent appliances; a silent Bosch stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel GE CAFE electric ceramic smooth cooking top with a large lower double oven and cast iron grill. It also has a stainless steel side by side refrigerator. Outside, there is a propane BBQ with all the accessories.
The kitchen has recessed LED lighting in a crown molded cove ceiling.The kitchen features under cabinet lighting lighting all working surfaces. It also has a floor to ceiling pantry on one wall.
There is a Boos rolling butcher block for prepping your food, and all cookware, appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils and accessories are included. The kitchen also has a 32" television with streaming service.
The kitchen is very functional with quartz countertops, fully stocked for whatever your needs may be. You will also never find a kitchen with a better view!
THE SECOND BEDROOM
A lounge area sleeps 2 people, and possibly three people if you utilize the folding floor matress. It is a perfect place to hang out with the family and watch 4K internet TV.
The second bedroom has two separate areas; the main area and an additional 18' long dressing/kitchen area featuring a private a sliding glass door that leads to the patio.
A designer rug covers the taupe carpet for evenings on the floor with your kids or friends. You can lean up against the lounging beds with overstuffed pillows. This second bedroom features 2 memory foam cool gel twin beds in L formation resting on two mid century modern teak daybeds with storage under the mattress. You can use it as a sofa during the day. A internet ready, Samsung 4K TV. Although there is plenty of art on the walls, it is all interchangeable to your art, all resting on art ledges, so you can replace it with whatever suits your style.
The additional bonus space inside this bedroom has a cherry floor that is set up as a dressing area, featuring clothes cabinets, large mirror and vanity with a bench. A perfect place to do yoga, or you can use this area a child's play zone. Included is a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and cupboard storage so you can wake up in the morning, have your coffee and breakfast without going into the kitchen. Additional clothes rods have been installed to supplement your closet in the main room.
Both the second bedroom and the bonus area have LED track lighting and an air conditioner upon request, and ceiling fan to keep you cool.
THE GUEST BATHROOM
Is situated in the hall for use by the second bedroom. A 5-foot walk-in shower with glass doors, a modern sink and counter, and includes all towels and accessories you will need. Please note that the tubs and showers have not been upgraded to tile, but they are very clean, functional with handheld shower heads.
The linen closet has extra sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash clothes, blankets, duvet covers and heating pads.
FENCED-IN PATIO WITH A VIEW OF CARLSBAD
You will be amazed at the view surrounding this home. When you step out on the patio, you know you are on vacation! This is the last home on the block, located in the quiet cul-de-sac. The back of the house has a 2-foot tall fence and a concrete patio covered with outdoor carpeting and artificial turf, which spans the length of the home, with five 10-foot umbrellas with tables and chairs to enjoy the shade. Sunbrella Shades are installed outside each window and can lower down to cover the south facing windows to limit the sun exposure in the home. A whole house fan causes the breeze to go through the house, so it stays comfortable all year long.
The patio is fully furnished with two dining tables and 6 chairs, 3 lounge chairs, 4 umbrellas and 2 sun sails. Patio lights are installed under the eves for a festive feel at night. There are many large potted plants and succulents. No yard work needs to be done outside, except weekly watering on the front and back patio. The patio is perfect for BBQing (BBQ is included) relaxing and watching the sunrise. You will enjoy privacy as you dine on the patio, as there are no neighbors behind you, just nature.
BUDDY TODD PARK
You and your family and pets can quickly walk to Buddy Todd Park just down the street, which features acres of open space, trails and an astounding ocean view with romantic sunsets. TWO CAR GARAGE WITH 2 CAR MAXIMUM
This home offers a two car attached garage with openers that leads to the kitchen. According to the community rules, your family is limited two non-commercial vehicles, one of which must fit and park in garage and the other may park on the driveway. There is no street parking for residents, but 72 hour guest parking down the street.

This is a dog friendly environment and appropriate for a well behaved, non-excessive barking dogs. There is large grassy area outside the patio gate and throughout the multi-acre common areas in the neighborhood. Your dog should stay within a 2 foot tall fence within the patio area.
