Excellent location and a very clean, comfortable apartment that worked very well for a family of 5 for a week. Check-in process / tour was also very well organised and appreciated.
A beautiful property that is walking distance to the shops and markets. We really enjoyed the spacious apartment that is beautifully furnished. Very comfortable and clean. Will stay again.
We were surprised how large and spacious the apartment was. Great location - close to the shops, supermarket but away from the noise as well. The place was in immaculate condition, open plan living area and perfect for us (we had 4 adults and 2 kids).
We were only in Kiama for a long weekend but the apartment would be perfect for a longer stay. A large space, well equipped and in a great location. Nothing to fault. Nin was a perfect host. Always available and happy to help when required.
My family and I had a wonderful stay in Rosebank Oasis. Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable beds, great kitchen (impressive stove!), strong, hot shower and fantastic location. Nin, the property manager, was helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.
Everything was great except getting in. We were not given instructions on the parking and the remote we were given did not work.
However, location, amenities etc.all excellent.

Nin's apartment in Kiama had everything we needed and more for a perfect and comfortable holiday! The space was ideally located, clean, secure and equipped with everything we needed. We had a lovely stay in this apartment for four nights. Perfect location and great communication with Nin (property manager). The apartment lift had broken down during our stay which made things pretty difficult (especially with two small children).
The apartment was spacious and clean, we will be back.

The carpark was a little tight to get in to for a larger car but great to have it off the street.

We had an amazing girls weekend away. The apartment was warm despite being a chilly weekend, and very well set up making it feel like a home away from home!
The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable apart from the metal dining chairs & stools which lowered the comfort of seating . Also, the tiny milk pack for on arrival tea and coffee was disappointing. Surely a 1 litre container of milk should be considered for 4 guests. Yes, I am aware that we have to provide for our own needs, but this is a comment for on arrival.
Overall, the stay was satisfactory.
Nin was super helpful and went out of her way to welcome us and make sure we were comfortable in her apartment.

Woolworths a short 2 minute walk, leagues club right across the road, your balcony looks over 2 sides of the apartment ! We enjoyed the little secret outdoor seating area off the main bedroom. Will definitely be hunting this beautiful space down next time we visit Kiama. Highly recommend to everyone! Do not overlook this amazing stay!
Loved this unit! Clean, tidy, great set out, great kitchen, great amount of space. Centre of town walk to all shops, restaurants parks, blowhole and lighthouse. Short drive to beach. Parking is awesome. Nin is great at letting you know the ins and outs of the property. Loved it!
