Home Away From Home - Paradise In The Desert

This home is found in a gated community inside the Augusta Ranch golf community. It is a full house which include two bedrooms and one den. King size bed in master and Queen size in second bedroom. Two full size bathrooms. Kitchen and living room. Patio and fenced in back yard which has all the necessary furniture needed to relax. Community pool and hot tub. In the garage you will find pool toys, three mountain bikes, golf clubs and other sporting equipment. Washing machine and dryer available. Parking on driveway. Blow Dryer, straightener, iron and ironing board. Wifi and smart tv. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and fast food chains. Golf courses everywhere. Close to Superstition Mountain which are full of hiking trails and two different lakes to explore.

Very nice place
Everything was great. Just know that if you are allowed to have a dog, bring some turf because there is no grass area; it’s all rocks and my little dog could not go on them because they hurt his feet. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Read this before you book this property.
I have never been asked after I book a house to pay for house keeping. $130 separately. It is a form of bate and switch. It’s seems like a good deal until after you book it. I had to find a bank to get cash. I don’t carry that much cash these days. I asked for a late check out and they said no. They started texting me at 8 am asking when we would be leaving. They don’t have a way to lock the primary bathroom or room. I won’t be booking this house again.

This was a great place to enjoy Phoenix area. Although the weather was a little on the chilly side and there were some cloudy days, we still got plenty of use out of the hot tub a couple cool nights were spent by the fire "thing" which was nice. The house had everything we needed and then some. There was one issue that was nobody's fault that was very quickly remedied by the owners. I would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately we decided to get a three bedroom spot next year but would so book this place again if we didn't need that. Great location. The golf course nearby was a hit with our boys when they came to visit. Thanks for a great month!

Fantastic Town House in great location!
From the description to the check in and out process it was flawless. Everything worked from the grill to the coffee maker to a great AC. Backyard with the palm trees and birds was so nice to have coffee in the morning in the double rocking chairs after sleeping in the very comfortable bed. The carpet in the master bedroom could use a cleaning and it's due for an interior painting in the near future but no way did that detract from our experience. We would not hesitate to rent this house again and you should book it now!

Warning. Ask questions before you book
This place was nice, but after my stay and after I paid through VRBO, the owner required me to pay the cleaning fee in cash to the cleaning lady. I was not prepared for this as I did not budget this into my trip. I thought I had already paid for my trip before I left. This was a very upsetting ending to our trip.

Great Property
Gem of a find with this property! We were very happy with the property and all the amenities. Very surprised at all of the things were were allowed to use inside the home. Very spacious and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to get new pillows for the master bedroom. They seem worn and we do not have animals and kind of suffered(sneezed) while we were there. We did wash the pillow cases, but didn't have time to wash all the pillows. Otherwise, didn't have any other complaints. Would definitely recommend this property! Easy access to grocery store and other shops, also to highways and the airport. Loved Mesa and would definitely rent this property again if it was available.
