Abasea provided a fantastic base for our w/end getaway. It was particularly lovely to arrive to a personalised message and treats from Meg. The house was clean, well maintained and it was lovely to have beach towels provided as well. The property is very handy, being only a 10 mins walk from town with easy parking options. Meg was amazingly helpful and replied extremely quickly to any questions and was a delight to deal with.
Only negatives was the wireless was very slow and the road was pretty busy.
1950's style with all the modern comforts - A real Treasure
The property was in great condition, everything we needed for a week in Byron, all the modern appliances, air cond, stylish and comfortable furniture. beautiful gardens, Best host Meg ever nothing was an issue. but guess what, dad had to do the washing up again, no dishwasher! we had the best time thanks Brett Ruby & Cody Q
House is well appointed and very suitable for a family stayover. It is on quite a busy road and getting out of the driveway can be a challenge at busy time
Overall a great place and i would go there again.
We would 100% recommend. Very short walk into town, but far enough away that it's quiet. House was clean, as described and with great aircon - which is needed in summer. The backyard was perfect for tanning, reading, having a platter and a bottle of wine, with amazing views over bushland. Meg was a prompt communicater, with a very easy check in and check out.
We loved our stay at Abasea - walking distance to tallows beach, town centre & the great local coffee shop. The house was clean & beautifully decorated. We loved the outdoor area in the backyard with the lawn & fire pit overlooking lush bush. Thanks for having us stay!

Spacious and bright
We had a great stay at Abasea. It is a well equipped bright and spacious house that was perfect for 5 friends to stay at.
Location was great, only a few minutes drive into the town centre.
Thanks Meg for the hospitality and welcome basket 😊
Everything was fantastic but the traffic at night is loud. Other than that it was excellent.

An amazing retreat for a girls weekend
We had a very memorable and easy stay thanks to Meg.
This was a very affordable for a 3 bedroom place, well appointed in a good location to provide an excellent our base while we explored the region. Meg was an amazing host, very communicative and the whole process of checkin and out was very easy. She even posted the earrings my friend left behind. We loved the decor. The beds were super comfy too. The welcome snacks came in handy for our drives and we really enjoyed the backyard and location enough to everything. Highly recommend this place and will definately return if ever in the region again.
