About this property

A complete top-to-bottom remodel with nothing but the best furnishings on a beautiful lakefront property. Enjoy 2 enclosed porches, 2 family rooms with 2 wood burning fireplaces, and a Bar and pool table to just name a few items for family and friends to enjoy. The main family room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass on the entire back of the house to overlook the lake.

The dock area has it all, including fire-pit, and 2 decks where you can tie off a row boat, and 3 person kayak. The lake is great for swimming because its so clean and absolutely crystal clear. The lake is great for boating as well and has great fishing for large and small mouth bass, pickerel, and sun fish for the kids to catch right off the dock.

The house sleeps 16 with 5 Bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas (Queen and Full). We ordered the upgraded foam mattress on the queen sleeper so its extra comfy and not like your ordinary sleeper sofa. The master has a king bed, and there are 3 rooms with queen beds, and another room with a full-over-full bunk bed.

The property is close to all the shopping areas and attractions including 5 miles to a grocery store, 5 miles to Mt Airy Casino, 8 miles to Kalahari Water Park, 12 miles to Camelback Mountain Ski and Water Park.

House is equipped with high speed broadband wifi throughout house. There are 2 55 inch Smart TV's with Netflix already logged in waiting for movie night in either Family room, and Master bedroom. With so many different living areas inside and out, a large family or group of family's can truly spread out and enjoy themselves without feeling crowded. Be some of the first to experience this luxury lakefront beauty in the Mountains.

Large group getaway

This place was perfect for our group of 13 people! Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Plenty of space for a large group. I would recommend bringing extra linens and possibly extra paper products (TP, paper towels, cleaning wipes) but other than that a perfect choice for a large group. Hot tub is huge, clean, and works well. Fire pit was awesome. So happy with this place!

Great Spot!!

Staying at Ray’s property was nothing but amazing! The house was very clean, spacious, and has a wonderful view of the lake. Plenty of room for our large group of 12 adults. The view of the lake from the main family room is beautiful. The hot tub and downstairs area was perfect for a large group to have fun. Ray was also super easy going and always answered my questions quickly. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again.

Awesome stay!

My friends and I had a fantastic New Year’s Eve stay at this house. It was very clean, many amenities, and the host was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Photos definitely made it look better than it was.

The location and place could be amazing. But the upkeep isn't there. Doors falling off. No screen in windows. Cobwebs everywhere. No ice maker. Microwave didn't work. Only 1 functioning kayak. Overall, a good place to stay, but not for the price.

Fantastic Property and Manager

We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area! House was VERY clean and well maintained. Many amenities included and leaving was easy. No unnecessary rules or expectations upon check out. Ray was extremely easy to work with and was a very strong communicator. Awesome vacation!

We had an awesome vacation for the 9 of us. This property had plenty of space to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The dock area was great for our over-sized raft and the kayaks were fun. The deer are very tame and ate out of our hands! We will be back!

Poconos family trip

Relaxing pocono retreat

We stayed here with a party of 14. The house was large enough for our group and we had plenty of space with the two living rooms and kitchens. The house was clean, well stocked and in a perfect location for skiing and water parks. Ray was easy to communicate with and we will definietly stay here again in the future. Perfect for a Friends Trip

This property was perfect for our unofficial 5 year college reunion. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and the house had everything we needed for our weekend trip. House was clean, hot tub is huge, lake and fire pit area is a dream. Close to grocery stores and there are two kitchens, a gas grill, and a charcoal grill for all your food needs. Lots of areas to hang out reminisce on the good ol’ days :)

End of summer family getaway

Our group of 15 people had a blast at this property! Our ages ranged from grandparents all the way down to kids and even a 9 month old. There was plenty of room for all! The easy lake access, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating were amazing and used by all of us the entire stay because we had perfect weather all 4 days! We spent tons of time using the kayak, paddle boat, and rowboat on the lake. Carobeth Lake is beautiful… and the sunsets from the dock…. Wow! We saw so many deer and had fun watching the ducks. So many memories were made for our family at this property!

We didn’t want to leave!

Had a great stay at this home. My parents in law, sister in law, husband, and 3 children aging 10 months to 12 years all had a fabulous time. We never even left the house. Swam and had fires near the dock. Relaxed in the hot tub. It was great that Netflix was logged in to watch movies. Board games were provided for entertainment. We loved the fire pit and Nyack! The house had everything we needed. We will return!

Beautiful Lakefront Property

The house was great, the owner was super easy to work with and being lakefront is always the best. The street house is located on is quiet as well. Didn’t leave the house at all…we swam, fished, and relaxed with our family! Thanks Ray!

Beautiful lake view. Great for kids.

We came to the lake house for a mother/ daughter weekend with 5 moms and our 13 year old daughters. A great time was had by all. The house was spacious enough for the girls and the moms to each have their own hang out space. The location was great. We went to the Camelback outdoor water park one day. There really was no need to go anywhere though as there was so much to do in the community. I towed a small trailer with 2 kayaks and 3 paddleboards and we had no problem getting our boats in and out. The owner was great and very responsive to my questions. He even pinged me to tell me when the cleaners were done so we could get in a little early. We all loved the house and property.

Great house and location

My extended family of 15 stay in a different Pocono house every year and this was one of the better ones. Felt very clean and homey. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub (even though the wind chill was -7). Owner was very easy to communicate. Highly recommend!

Great house and property. I would definitely consider coming again in the future.

The house was spacious, the lake front was everything and more than we expected. We were 8 adults and 6 children from ages 3 months to 13 years, and at no time did we feel crowded. Communication with Ray was great, and I would definitely come back again.

Relaxation at its finest

This immaculate property had easy access to the lake, restaurants within 20 min, we all all had a feeling of seclusion both at the house and waters edge Deer came to rest each night beneath the trees we also saw several bald eagles a raccon and what we think was a weasel!!!! A wonderful and relaxing experience
